Paul and Jim were wonderful! They are a great team and did a great job with what they had to work with. The kids bedroom was REALLY dirty and although there were a few spots that were too far gone, they recommended ways to cut down on more damage and keep the carpets looking better in the future. Paul communicated everything from his arrival to price to what they were going to do very well. I couldn't be happier with A-Plus!

Paul showed up on time and ready to go. He was prompt, professional, and up front about all costs. He explained what he was going to do and estimated the time it would take. The end result was very nice.

Very well! Paul was efficient, thorough and did a beautiful job moving large furniture pieces (sectional couch) and protecting furniture throughout the process. The carpets look great! (and they are 13 years old and have been cleaned previously, but not nearly as thoroughly). I would definitely recommend Paul and will use A-Plus again.

Fabulous! I happened to have a day off from work and, on a whim, called to get carpets cleaned. I had used this company before. They were able to fit me in the same day! Jim came when he said he would and spent about two hours cleaning. My carpets look and smell great.

Paul and Jim are true professionals. I called several cleaners to get estimates and all were able to estimate the rooms, but none were able to estimate the couches. They wanted to provide an estimate at the time of the carpet cleaning... which kind-of defeats the purpose of an estimate ahead of time. Paul came out to the house and looked at the couches and provided an estimate on the spot. He was punctual and professional. I didn't have to ask for the Angie's List discount, he offered it right up without being prompted which made me feel like they were above board. The day we scheduled the work they showed up on time and treated my house with the same respect they would have for their own. They cleaned everything and made sure we had proper air flow on the cushions so they didn't become moldy while drying. As the carpet dried after the cleaning a spot appeared that had been brought to the surface from the cleaning. We called Jim and Paul and they assured us this was not uncommon and they would come out and treat the spot. We didn't have to wait weeks for them to come back, they were there within a day. They treated the spot and it disappeared. I would absolutely recommend Jim and Paul!

Great customer service! Jim cleaned my carpets, he was prompt, very friendly and informative. He went above and beyond! I had originally asked about having a sectional cleaned along with the carpet, but decided to keep the cost down a bit. Jim offered several tips on how I myself could clean it and without my asking, Jim took it upon himself to do some spot cleaning on not only the sectional, but the rug it sits on. Jim and Paul take much pride in their business and it truly shows. I would definitely use their services again and recommend to anyone looking for carpet and or upholstery cleaning. A+!!

It went perfectly! Scheduling was quick and easy, Paul & Jim were on time, and they did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. It was a fun afternoon - somehow they kept an entertaining exchange between themselves and me, all the while staying focused on the job at hand. I will definitely call on them again, and will certainly refer this company to family & friends.

This is the second time we have had Paul and Jim from A-Plus clean our basement carpeting. They are simply the best. They are personable, fast, efficient, and do a great job on the carpets. We were having a reception later in the week and needed the carpets cleaned on very short notice. Even though they were pretty well booked two weeks out, Paul worked to squeeze us into his schedule. Thank you Paul! I highly recommend them.

Great! They suggested we could clean the loveseat ourselves and save money--they gave us a free tip on cleaning the stains and it has worked like a charm! They also did a great job on the carpet--they were on time, quick, neat, and checked in several times to make sure we understood everything and were satisfied with everything.

Paul and his partner did a wonderful job cleaning our downstairs carpet: a very large family room and a bedroom. He first asked what we needed to have done and I pointed out stains from cat vomit and cat accidents as well as a mildewed area. He also advised caution about cleaning when a piano was involved due to its sheer weight and the possibility of breaking the legs. As well, he was cautious about moving an antique bed on sliders, pointing out where breaks frequently occurred. They able to move the piano to a safe undisturbed place where the carpet did not need cleaning and the bed moved easily. They got out all the animal stains and the mildew that was reachable, explaining all of this on a walk-through after they had finished. About an hour after he'd left, Paul called back because he wasn't sure if he'd put pads under the piano bench to protect it from the wet carpet. I went down and checked: he had, but how many businesses do this? I appreciate Paul's detailed explanations before beginning the work, his concern for safety, attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work.
