It went great. Paul and Jim were prompt and professional. There were no hidden charges, I got a firm price upfront and it was very reasonable. I had a $99.00 special steam clean last time and young man was here for less than 1/2 hour and it was horrible. Paul and Jim went right to work as a team and spent well over an hour (and 2 guys) and the carpets are beautiful. Very clean and they brought back the color of each carpet. I will be hiring Paul & Jim on a regular basis from now on. Very happy. (Just a note, there are several A+ carpet cleaners on Angie's List. One I called never showed up.) Then I talked to Paul and he was very accommodating. Make sure you get the real deal. You won't be disappointed.

Great as always! I wrote a review for A-Plus a few years ago and have used them ever since. They are very responsive with scheduling and estimates, they are usually able to book within a week or two, they arrive on time or ahead of time, and they do great work! My whole house smells nice and clean when they leave, not like a bunch of odor eliminating chemicals. They move my furniture and other stuff with care. They also offer plenty of tips to keep things clean between cleanings which is helpful. I have referred them to other friends and neighbors in addition to Angies List.

Amazing job! Very professional and fast! This review is long over due as the carpets were cleaned in February, but my house still smells great and the carpets look amazing 3 months later! The best part about this company is that you don't get some random person showing up at your house, you get one of the two owners and they take pride in their company and their work. I have already recommended A Plus multiple times and will have them back the next time I need my carpets cleaned. Thank you again guys!

It went well. They arrived on time and did a professional job. You could tell that both Paul and Jim took their job seriously. They are both very customer oriented. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. I talked to Paul to set up the appointment. We had to change the date a couple of times for them to come to our house. He was very understanding and accommodating. They are partners and have been in the business together for a long time. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are great -- a very personable duo that gets in and out efficiently and -- as big readers -- also provided great book suggestions for my son. Really nice guys, felt very comfortable having them around and felt they did great work.

Very well. They were personable and efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything cleaned up quite nicely, something I didn't expect for the couch. I appreciated their concern for my dogs and cats. A bonus was a few tips on keeping my couch odor and hair free . I would use them again w/o hesitation.

Excellent ... quick response coming to house to provide an estimate, prompt arrival at scheduled time, excellent work ... plus spot cleaned four kitchen chairs and small area rug. The reasons I chose them were (a) very large list of excellent reviews on Angie's List, (b) cost, with Angie's List Discount, was competitive, (c) would move small chairs, couches, and tables, and (d) were able to fit my job into their schedule within a few days of initial contact. Would recommend them without reservation!!

They did a great job. They got out stains that have been there for years, including oil spills. The space smelled much cleaner without there being a heavy scent, or chemically smell. Just fresh. Very happy and have decided to call them on a more regular schedule.

I called Paul and Jim and got an appointment within two weeks, just when I needed it. We used them last year on pew cushions and were pleased at the extras the gave us. They are determined to do what is needed, not just what we felt we could afford. They arrived exactly on time and took our wishlist and went to work. They attacked dirty stained areas and don't stop until they are satisfied that they have given it their best. They did all the throw rugs and entry mats for free, we had about 8-9, some large. They did not stop until they had everything on our wish list done, and then they really surprised us by giving us a huge discount to meet our budget. We were blessed by their determination to excel and meet our needs. The go way beyond what I should expect from a small business. I highly recommend this company. You will be very very pleased.

Two proprietors with around 30 years of experience do the work themselves. Professional, detail oriented and honest. Great service with no upsell. They do what they say and they concentrate on doing it well.

Great. Paul and his partner Jim arrived 5 minutes early as he said they would, and they got started right away. Paul made sure he understood what I wanted done and explained the process. He measured all the rooms and wrote up the cost. They started and finished when he said they would and the carpets looked great considering their age and the abuse they endured over the years. I enjoyed working with Paul and Jim, two very friendly and professional guys. Thanks.

They showed up on time, did more than we expected and for less than they estimated. Nice discount for Angie list customers. They did several doormats for free. Very timely and they spend the time explaining how they clean each item. They have also cleaned carpet and pew cushions at our church and we plan to have them out again soon to do the four entrances and stairways. This is the best carpet cleaner in the area. You will be completely satisfied.

Paul was called at 8:00 and he said he come over around 10:00 a.m. and showed up on time. He was very helpful in cleaning the couch and wool rug and discussing the types of fabric. Both now look very good. We are well satisfied and will use A-Plus again.

Paul and Jim showed up on time. They called prior to their arrival which was nice since I had a child napping. I told them what I wanted done, they helped move some furniture and started immediately treating stains and getting started. They worked extremely hard, were quiet and very respectful of a napping child and got my entire house done in just over 2 hours. I am not going to hesitate to use them again and am going to recommend them to family and friends.

Very professional and accommodating. I needed a quick turn around due to new tenants moving in during the holidays. Jim and Paul went above board and worked their schedules to get me in last minute. They were very personable and I enjoyed talking to them about their business. I will definitely use them again for my carpet cleaning needs.
