The rep was very easy to work with to set up the cleaning within a limited time period and were flexible to make sure we could get the job done well ahead of the party.

Paul was very friendly and professional. He worked with me to quickly figure out a time to come to our home to clean as we were eager to get it done ASAP. He arrived promptly, and after inspecting our couch told me he didn't think they would be able to get it completely clean because of its age and it never having been cleaned before. He suggested ways I could clean it myself to save the money of the cleaning service. I decided that it was worth the money to me even if it wasn't perfect, and he charged me their minimum fee and did a wonderful job cleaning both our couch and rug. They were respectful and cleaned quickly. I really appreciated him being up front about what to expect and giving me the opportunity to change my mind even though they had already come out to our home. Would definitely hire again.

I contacted A-Plus to clean a carpet as a last ditch effort before stripping the carpet out. I had tenants in the residence, and they left multiple stains from unknown substances and excessive damage on my basement carpet (good quality, light colored carpet). It was so dirty that I was on the verge of tearing it out and replacing all the carpet. Paul responded quickly to my phone call, and was able to schedule my cleaning the same week. He arrived for the appointment with his son Paul, and he stated that he would try to clean it, but that it wouldn't look brand new due to the damage. They measured all the spaces quickly, and were very considerate about how to enter and exit after the cleaning. He called me down to take a look after only 30 minutes, and I was shocked. The carpet looks amazing! He is clearly a perfectionist, and took time to get small stains out of tough places. He was right, it doesn't look brand new, but it definitely rescued my carpet! The price was great, and the Angie'sList discount was an added bonus. I'm keeping the card in the house for when the next tenants need a clean! Will definitely use Paul (and Paul) again!

AWESOME! Stains removed! Carpets look great again! Paul and Jim were here when they said. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they were diligent, kind, courteous, hard working, thorough and fast! They worked great together as a team. What else? I so appreciated that they fit my job into their busy week since my daughter was out of town and her room empty and clean for once! I had read all the previous glowing reviews and I have to say they were right! I will definitely use this service again. I appreciated their thoughts and recommendations for care of carpets going forward! They were so pleasant to work with and were very nice to my teenage son and dog too! I have had other carpet cleaners in the past, and this by far was my best experience. I also like that they use a truck mount system for greater power/suction and water removal.

Everything was fine. I did not have overly dirty carpets. No stains just needed to keep on top of cleaning. He moved the furniture and put it on pads or blocks.

He came on time when scheduled. He did the job very quickly. Removed some stains that had been in the carpet for a long time. I was really pleased with how quickly it dried, I thought it would take longer as it was really wet at first.

They rearranged their schedule to accommodate us to make sure the carpets were cleaned prior to the house going on the market. They kept us informed, worked hard to remove some old tea/coffee spots, and gave us tips to keep the carpet in good condition. Before completion of the job, Jim noticed the entryway rug in the Foyer he then took it upon himself to clean it. What a pleasant surprise. Once again, A+Plus did an exceptional job cleaning our thoroughly abused carpets. They always take time to answer our questions and explain the cleaning agents they used. They also explained why some (many) commercial spot cleaners leave a halo on the carpet and more effective products available at most stores. Personable and always willing to work with our schedule they are through and fast. They are owner operators of their company and perform quality work to ensure repeat business. That is refreshing.

Fabulous, as always. I have used this team many times and just used them again this week. I'm always happy with the results and actually like my carpet again for awhile! They do an awesome job!!!

They were very punctual and extremely efficient; they were also very friendly and personable without that diminishing their professionalism. I really enjoyed the experience of working with them. They explained that due to the age of my carpet and nature/location of the stains, there was only so much they could do: I guess I have to let go of my expectation that they be miracle workers as well!

Paul and Jim did an exceptional job at both homes! They arrived early, were very personable and friendly, gave me tips on easy ways to spot treat carpet stains since we have small children and cats, and did a fantastic job with cleaning all the carpets! Jim even unloaded my entire Suburban for me of items I was moving into the new house without me realizing it while I was showing the house to Paul and he was getting carpet measurements! He saw that I was going to have to unload it myself while also caring for my 2 toddler age children and did it himself. Those types of gentlemanly acts of service are, unfortunately, not very frequent anymore. Not only was it very kind, but it showed me the quality of their character. Paul and Jim go above and beyond to help their customers and provide excellent service! After I'd already scheduled them to clean our carpets, I learned that they offer a great discount for Angie's List members, as well as another discount if the carpets don't have furniture on them which was a great surprise since we qualified for both of those discounts! They are trustworthy, hardworking, and run a small business where they are the only 2 employees, so you know exactly who is going to be in your home.
