Perfectly. I had been putting it off, concerned about my cluttered room and perceived hassle. Paul answered my call and set up the appointment in a timely manner. He arrived as promised and best of all made it all manageable and hassle free. Bonus: He and his partner are fun to have around! And the price was very fair. Carpet looks great. I won’t wait so long next time

It went well. We had done prep work that they directed and they cleaned carpet after fragile's were moved. There were spots in the dining room and a wear path in the bed room that DISAPPEARED. We were very pleased with their work.

A-plus carpet cleaning was personable and professional. They arrived on time and performed the requested cleaning with efficiency and thoroughness. The carpets look great ever a few months after the cleaning. Tough pet stains came out and didn't "come back" after use/walking on the carpets for a few months. They did a great job and were very nice.

Paul and Jim did an excellent job and worked great together as a team to get the job done in a professional and timely manner. They adjusted their cost estimate to fit my needs.

Arrived right on time, and was very friendly while they measured the rooms, and gave us an exact quote. Started right away and we’re done in about an hour. Really nice guys, they’re the ones who own and run the business. Left no mess and took good care when they were moving the furniture. We’ll definitely use them again!

This was the first time I've used A-Plus. I selected them after I had issues with my previous carpet cleaner and looked to Angie's List for a replacement. A-Plus has an amazing record of customer satisfaction - perhaps the best that I have even seen across all trades. I especially like the fact that this is an owner-operator business, one owned by Jim and Paul who are the people who come out to do the work. They have every incentive to build a loyal customer following, which they do, judging by the 1200+ A grades they've received. Outstanding min all respects.

We've been getting our carpets cleaned by Paul and Jim for a couple of years now and I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work, their professionalism, their reliability, you name it. We have pets and a white carpet and we also live in a four story walkup. So it's not an easy job for them. Their level of customer service is of a caliber that is becoming more and more rare these days. They are upbeat, fast, friendly and they do a great job. They clearly work with the big picture in mind of keeping customers happy and calling again when work needs to be done. I'm glad to have found them.

The A Plus crew was prompt, thorough, and very pleasant. The work was done quickly and very well---the carpets look great! They succeeded in removing the smell from a dog accident that went unnoticed for a few days and soaked into the carpet really well----I was actually thinking I'd have to replace that carpet but it's as good as new now. Very pleased with them, and I'd use them again.
