A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 weeks of calling so that was great. Paul arrived early and explained everything before beginning. He even gave me some spot treatment cleaner and advice. We had quite a few stains in our dogs' room and to my surprise he got all of them out! We had all of the carpets done in our home and I was very pleased with the total cost. For the amount of work done and the quality of work performed it was very reasonable. I would highly recommend A-plus carpet cleaning to anyone. I will definitely be calling them next time I need any carpet cleaning done!

The entire process was easy and great. I had a party coming up and had probably left cleaning the rug and couch until the last minute, but Paul was able to make it work, which I greatly appreciated. I had originally wanted another piece of furniture cleaned as well, but ultimately decided it was not worth it - not because A Plus is over-priced - just because the furniture was not that good a piece. Paul did give me a few tips for trying to clean it up a bit. Anyway, the day of the cleaning, Paul came with his son, and they did great work. Done very quickly and efficiently. Loved working with him.

I requested service through their website and Paul called me back within an hour of the request. We had the service scheduled for the end of June but due to new furniture delivery, I requested it be moved up and Paul was very accommodating with my request. Paul was very professional from the time I contacted him. He arrived on time and his partners joined him. They did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet and removed previous furniture marks. It now looks almost new although it was installed 15 years ago. I will certainly contact him again for future service.

From the initial contact through to the carpet cleaning, everything went great. Their response to my initial inquiry and the scheduling and completion of the cleaning were handled in a very timely manner. Our living room carpet is now clean again and looks 100 times better. Since the charge for the square footage of the living room carpet fell below their minimum charge, they graciously cleaned the dirty portion of our workout room carpet as well, even though it was on a different level and probably required some maneuvering. The owner/cleaner was extremely professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend their service.

The work was absolutely excellent. The men were very friendly and professional They got the job done quickly and efficiently. There were spots on our carpet and they worked on those and said they would come back if the spots reappeared. We were so very pleased with everything.

Paul & Jim are great. They got to work right away when they got here. I had cat stains in both rooms. They worked really **** ** them and cleaned them right up! My hallway was really dirty from shoe traffic. They cleaned that really well and it looks brand new. Jim even came back a few days later and cleaned a couple of spots that I missed from my sky lights leaking. They're great. I will definitely use them again!!

Communications with Paul to find a time to schedule the appointment were quick and easy. Jim and Paul own the business and they were very efficient from the moment they arrived until they completed the job. They went to work right away and were done in about an hour. I couldn't be more pleased with how it went and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic! Paul was on time & we'd just had a snowstorm. He actually helped me shovel out the driveway so that he could get his equipment near the house. They did more than expected, and the carpets were great. We were selling our house, and the carpets being spotless helped us to sell this house in 2 days!
