Jim and Paul did a great job as usual. So nice to know when you call A Plus Carpet Cleaning you always get Jim and Paul. They worked hard and made my carpet look great. Will definitely call them again.

Paul and Jim were punctual, efficient, funny, and courageous. They jumped right in and made that dirty old carpet look good again.

Paul and Jim were on time and prepared for the numerous stains from pets and clumsy humans. I wasn’t certain that carpets were salvageable, but they look amazing! We have used them several times in the past, and will continue to call them. They are efficient and effective.

They did a great job. Professional, efficient, very straight-forward - no BS, which I really appreciate. Very personable and a pleasure to deal with. Explained everything they were going to do carefully and promised to come back to take care of anything we weren't happy with. But no need. The carpets look great. Quick and thorough. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them enthusiastically.

Called and scheduled easily (within 5-days) and they showed up a little early which was actually very helpful. I have used A-Plus for almost eight years now including 13 or so visits. In addition to doing a great job with carpet cleaning, they do a great job moving furniture with care including fragile items. They are also very helpful offering ideas on how to maintain high traffic areas and avoid problems in the future. They work hard and fast but are very thorough and the results are both great and consistent.

Jim and Paul did a wonderful job. They explained what needed to be done ahead of starting the work. They did not try to sell us any additional services or products. They were prompt in showing up. As the room itself was smaller than the minimum work, the cost of the job was a little higher, hense the B rating in the Price category. We would definitely recommend them to others and will call them again!

Pete was very helpful and scheduled the cleaning on short notice. They arrived on time and finished the work in a timely fashion. Everything looks great, they even cleaned the entryway rug. Nice touch!

The carpets look great. Stains were removed. The carpet cleaner worked diligently the entire time he was cleaning the carpets. He didn't try to up sell other products.

Best experience I've ever had with carpet cleaning. My carpet was old and very dirty, and they brought it back to a level where it feels clean again and looks much better than I ever thought it could. I was planning to replace it soon but now I think I can wait on that. I was also happy that it feels plush and soft on bare feet (not crusty) and smells fresh but the scent is very faint, not noticeable unless you get down on your hands and knees. (I don't like the strong scents of most cleaners and detergents.) I also had a 10 year-old, light tan faux suede couch cleaned and it looks new. I love the couch and am happy to have it look so good again. Also noteworthy is that the owner himself does the work rather than sending out inexperienced employees for whom this is only a job. He knows what he's doing and it shows. Overall I am very pleased and will be sure to use this company again.

these guys were great to have in the house. They have a great sense of humor, great work ethic and really care about giving you the best possible results. they set expectations before they arrived and exceeded them in every way. They did such a good job I referred them to my neighbor with equally great results. I'll definitely hire them again.

This is the second or third time I have used this vendor. The guys arrived on time, got to work quickly and worked their magic on the pet stains. They cleaned a master bedroom, hallway, family room, living room and two sets of stairs. I highly recommend their work.

Did a great job! Carpets look almost new! Gave some great advice on dealing with pet accidents and left a bottle of spot cleaner for small spots. Would definitely use again!

Excellent to work with and they were so friendly! Made the white carpet on my steps and upstairs look amazing and even got out a few stains I had given up on years ago. Highly recommend!

2 great guys came and did a wonderful job on my carpets. They even got out stains that the last carpet cleaners could not. I will have them clean my carpets from now on.

Jim & Paul own the company and both of them have showed up both times I have had them clean carpets. They work as a team and do a wonderful job. Great at communicating with customer. Showed up on time, went right to work and did a superior job. I have had others clean carpets but these guys are THE BEST in the business. Are very upfront about price and it is a good value. The owners were absolutely awesome to work with. They were not only punctual but earlier than expected which worked out perfectly for us anyway. THey took time to talk through the rooms and specifics and to understand our needs, which was far above and beyond what we've experienced with other carpet cleaning services. They were extremely professional despite my kids being somewhat in the way and asking a lot of curious questions! Super appreciated the extra time they took on certain high traffic areas to try and help us make it look good as we're listing our home for sale in a few weeks. Will absolutely hire again for my next carpet cleaning adventure!
