Description of Work: We used them for carpet cleaning and cleaning one of our couches.

Description of Work: The owners of the company do the work - not someone they hire. They were couteous on the phone and showed up on time. They explained exactly what they were going to do clearly and any issues I should be aware of after the cleaning. These guys (Paul and Jim) are very professional and obviously know exactly what they are doing. They had everything done in two hours and we were very pleased with the work they did. We have older carpet so Making it look good is challenging but they certainly did the job. I would highly recommend these guys. They were great!

Description of Work: I ordered a "big deal" coupon for carpet cleaning ($49 for $100). My mother lives in a small condominium and she wanted someone to spot clean a few areas. They just finished the work, and she is just thrilled with the work and the professionalism. She wanted me to let everyone know that this was the best carpet cleaning job she's ever seen (and she's 95 years old).

Description of Work: We had our living room, dining room and stairs cleaned. We have been using A-Plus for about 5 years and would be really hesistant to use anyone else. Jim and Paul are the best - they are always really quick to return calls if we don't reach them. They even clean our entry way rug. They have come back to take care of old spots that appeared after cleaning. HIGHLY recommend A-Plus!!

Description of Work: We had stairs cleaned due to dog urine and odor. The smell is significantly less, but not completely gone. We were advised to use enzyme spray for two weeks and if the odor was still there, Paul would come back out to clean again. Although, at this point, it may not be carpet being dirty, but it could be in the pad and this is not something he can clean.
