Description of Work: This is simply the best and most thorough carpet cleaning. If you don't want any regrets - go with them. 20yr old carpeting and they got most of all the stains out. Looks really nice and may delay my purchase of carpeting at least 4-5 years. They stay until they can get the job done as best as possible

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpeting in a large bedroom. I had a new puppy so there were lots of "puppy spots" in the carpeting. He cleaned them and the carpeting looked great when he was finished. Great personalty and positive attitude Was very good to work with.--Was very neat and careful about furniture, etc.. I would use this firm again.

Description of Work: Paul and Jim were dedicated to getting the carpet clean. They responded on relativley short notice and were very prompt in reporting on the date at the time scheduled. There was no sales pressure to purchase products associated with the care of carpet.

Description of Work: I had called for service on December 20, when I had a dog accident to clean up after. The phone was answered immediately and they were very polite in informing me that it was the busiest time of year and they were unfortunately overbooked and had been for weeks. I called again on 1/2/13 and they were able to schedule me for the next day. They were on time, introduced themselves, and were complete and utter professionals, as well as being some of the nicest young men I've ever had work here (and over 20 years, I've had a lot.) They completed the two small rooms within an hour and even went over the stairs for no charge. These two personify customer service.

Description of Work: A Plus did a great cleaning job on the rugs, carpets and furniture. They arrived promptly and went to work. They were fast and effective in the work they did. I have recommended them to others and would use then again.

Description of Work: They cleaned my 30 year old carpet, and I am very pleased with the results. I appreciate the fact that they discouraged application of Scotchguard, given the age of the carpet. It was an excellent job, efficiently done. I will use them again.
