Description of Work: We had A Plus come and clean all the carpets prior to moving belongings into the new home. Paul was very informative, provided an estimated after asking pertinent questions and he was very accurate. It actually was lower than the estimate. I was not "nickel ed and dimed"; cost was based on square footage and the number of steps. There were a couple of stains that I did not expect them to get out. They put forth extra effort in those areas. Prior to leaving, they encouraged me to call them if spots came back and they will try again. Unfortunately, one spot did return, but this was not a surprised by this. Both owners were on the job and they were extremely polite, friendly and professional. I was extremely happy with the completed job.
