A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

Paul was awesome. Due to the Covid-19 distancing issues, it was difficult to get A+ into our home right away. Paul was considerate enough to walk me through how to do my best with the stain on my own at least for now. Paul was off the charts helpful. If this stain needs more help or when I need my carpets cleaned I would use A Plus for sure.

I'm very pleased with the services provided by Paul and Jim. I had some very challenging spots in the hallway to remove. They moved the furniture and put styro squares under the legs to protect the carpet and aide in drying. I was very impressed that the carpet was dry in 8 to 10 hours. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. I really appreciated the 20% Angie's List discount. I will hire them again and recommend them to friends.

Paul and Jim go above and beyond when cleaning our carpets. They meticulously hunt for stains in our carpet to pretreat and clean. Our carpets always smell so fresh after they clean and we never have that crunchiness that the Rug Doctor or other companies leave behind. In addition to great service, they are a joy to work with. Super accommodating in scheduling and very responsive.

Excellant! There were SEVERAL pet stains , which they got out! My carpet is old, but looks new after the great job they did! The guys were very friendly and professional. They seem to really like what they do!

Very little improvement on many pet stains. Several years ago, we had hired a different company through Angie's List and were thrilled with the service. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate the name of that company and had to use A-Plus Carpet Cleaning instead. Now we need to have the carpets recleaned because of the poor job that was done. We would not recommend using A-Plus Carpet Cleaning even though the serviceman was kind.

Best cleaners I've ever hired. As owners, they do all the work. Protected walls from banging equipment. Nobody did that before. Took time to do the most thorough cleaning I've ever had. Deodorized for free! They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I will never hire anyone else again! Recommend them highly.

We have lived in the Twin Cities dfor almost 50 years and have used most of the known carpet cleaning firms over the years. After some unhappiness with a couple of firms we had used in recent years, we chose A-Plus based on it outstanding cusomer reviews of Angie's List. We have been delighted ever since. When you call A-Plus for a cleaning job, you will find that the owners, Jim & Paul, are the ones who come out to do the work. I much prefer these business that have owner-operators to the larger (sometimes franchise) outfits that have "suits" running them and hourly workers coming to do the actual work. These owner-operators live & die by satisfying their customers, and that is what A-Plus does in all respects. They offer, I might add, the fairest pricing of any of the carpet cleaning firms we have dealt with. So, top quality and bargain pricing. How can you beat that!
