PAUL WAS FANTASTIC. SO MANY TIMES I DREAD CALLING CARPET CLEANERS BECAUSE THEY QUOTE YOU ONE PRICE AND CHARGE YOU ANOTHER; NOT WITH A-1. ALSO, HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND DID IT QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

I have used their service twice now. I will continue to use them in the future. The do very good work, and they are nice people to do business with. I highly recommend them.

We called on a Friday hoping to get the carpet cleaned before Wednesday. The could come Wednesday but not before. Two hours later they called back and said they had had a cancellation and could come at 1 pm today. They came promptly at 1 pm and had finished cleaning by 1:45 pm The work was done well. They were pleasant and easy to talk to. They reminded me I had a 20% coupon from Angie's List (I had forgotten.)

This carpet had not been cleaned in 7 years and had survived three cats and a toddler. It showed traffic stains, pet stains, and regular spills and such. Paul did a great job. We were selling the house and when a realtor who had seen the home prior came through after he cleaned it, she remarked, "Oh, nice new carpeting!"

Paul did a wonderful job. He came on time and took his time and paid attention to every detail. This was an excellent price considering the amount of work that was needed.

Very good, polite, friendly, worked hard, done quickly. Only thing I wish I had caught is a couple areas in a room that I mentioned had pet stains and they could have used more treatment. Great job though.

I thought the price was a little high and the carpet took over two days to dry. Our carpet is less than a year old and wasn't very dirty. We hired them specifically to help remove cat urine stains and the smell in one room. The smell has been reduced, but not completely.

They called before arriving. Both Paul and Jim were polite, knowlegeable and lots of fun to deal with. They were careful about moving furniture and getting each piece back where it belonged. They did some extras and left me with a bottle of spotter without charge. I strongly recommend them!

This team is great to work with: punctual, friendly, professional and they even threw in a cleaning of a few small rugs for free after I had paid them. They gave us the Angie's List coupon discount, plus $30 more dollars off for being repeat customers. On top of that, the work was great! They got out spots I had no hope of removing.

I have used A-Plus four times now in the past two years and they are excellent. They are prompt, do a thorough job and are very reliable. They do it at a reasonable price.

Paul began our phone conversation by telling me not to be overly concerned with moving items, they would tend to them- & they did. They were very diligent about getting stains out & helping me determine how best to clean some upholstered furniture. They test cleaned that item, & will return to re-vacuum the cleaned carpet & clean the sectional.

FANTASTIC!! They were on-time, very pleasant, even cleaned two carpets that were not included in the price because they noted a couple of stains. Paul could not have been any nicer and his assistant was very pleasant, as well. The carpet looked great and we will definitely call them back and recommend them to others.

Excellent. We were moving out. I was not there when Paul cleaned the carpets, but when I went back later to inspect, they were PERFECT! We had some stains and juice spots from our 2 year old, and when he was done, the carpets looked brand new. He was also VERY prompt, courteous and responded to my short time frame quickly. His estimate on the phone based on info I provided was very close to actual bill (though he actually came in under). I would call him again for carpet cleaning.

This is our 3rd time using them, and it is always great. They call back quickly. They show up reliably as close to schedule as possible. They are great to work with, especially Paul. They do an excellent job. They make referrals for work that they can't complete. We will always call them again and again.

I WAS PLEASED THAT MY CARPETS WERE CLEANED VERY WELL AND THAT THEY DID NOT TRY TO PRESSURE ME INTO BUYING ANY ADD-ONS THAT I DID NOT WANT OR NEED!

He called back promptly and fit us into the schedule the day after I called as it was a small job. Came on time, were professional and fast. Carpet looks (and smells) as good as new. They also left a bottle of stain remover.

They cleaned the entire carpet twice and came back a week later to deal with the one stain that creeped back -- free. I was very pleased with Paul's friendly, professional attitude. Also, he asked me when would be the ideal time to come, and when I said the following day, he made it work. I'd definitely hire him again.

They were prompt and reasonably priced with Angie's discount. They did more cleaning than they were paid for, gave special attention to a stubborn stains, were very polite and personable, offered advice on ongoing maintenance to avoid future stains, were very careful around breakables, and they offered to return if we discovered later on that something was missed. They were great and gave extra-mile service, and we'll have them back in the future.

On time. Did a good job for a fair price. I would use this company again.
