They were prompt, courteous, called ahead and very nice to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great, fair service.

Paul is great and extremely professional. He was right on time and cleaned 2 additional stains that were not part of the upstairs job. There is no doubt we will be using Paul again for our carpet cleaning needs.

They were fairly on time, but kept me updated as to arrival, I was the last of the day. They were professional, congenial, and I felt they were honest about what they could do. We went over what they would do and they did what they said. I would use them again.

My initial call to A-Plus was very positive. Paul was helpful, very personable and answered all of my questions. I had measured my carpet before calling - he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. Even though there are only two adults living in our home, I still waited too long to have the carpet cleaned - 4 years! However, it now looks fantastic. I had a time constraint due to imminent guests, so Paul and Jim were able to work us in before another nearby job. We are both very pleased at the 'newness' of our carpet and would absolutely call this company again. Very highly recommended.

I was very pleased. Making arrangements was positive & easy. They were flexible in scheduling around our needs. They followed through, calling when they were going to be heading to our place. They explained everything very nicely, clearly, & double-checked things w/ us. They were very considerate. We had wanted a couch/love seat cleaned as well, but upon seeing the fabric, they gave us instructions on how to better do it ourselves and a product for spot removal. We really appreciated this; it saved us quite a bit of $, and we hadn't realized it was something we could do ourselves.

A-Plus Carpet Cleaning did a marvelous job. They were courteous, on time, reasonable in price, and the job they did was superlative. My carpets have never looked nicer. Everything was put back as best they could. They turned on the ceiling fans and other floor fans for faster drying. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. Already two people in my office have taken their number. Triple A rating from a very satisfied customer!!

Very prompt, friendly and professional. I was able to set something up within the week, and they showed up on time ready to go. I noticed stains remaining in one room after they left, and they were very pleasant about coming back out to do that area a second time at no additional cost. Paul had mentioned sometimes stains require two passes to completely remove them, and encouraged me to call should we notice any areas still stained after their cleaning. They were a little more expensive than two others companies I called for quotes, but I think completely worth the price. All in all, a great experience and I would use them again.

Job 1: They came out quickly and also ended up cleaning my couch at a discounted rate. They were in my house for a good deal of time and kept things neat and clean. They were also open to the idea of me calling them to come back and clean a stain free of charge even though I didn't end up taking them up on that offer. Job 2: This is the second time I used this company. They did the job within a week and a half of my initial call. The prices are good and they do a very good job. They are very respectful and easy to have in your home.

I called this company after researching Angie's List. Paul answered right away and we talked about what needed to be done. Initially they were not going to be able to fit me in for a week and we talked about what I could do in the meantime for the smell. He called back later and said that a current job was finishing earlier than anticipated and Jim would be able to come later that afternoon. He did; and finished it all in less than an hour. I haven't had any problems with stinky carpeting, although pet deodorizing can't be guaranteed, nor husband staying at a hotel because of a sensitive nose. It has been over a week since he cleaned. I would definitely schedule their service again.

Staff was very personable and professional with a good sense of humor. You could tell they enjoyed their work. They called my office and I was able to run home and meet them there. Asked if we had any pets and made sure they were put away so they couldn't sneak out the front door. Carpets came out very clean. We have a baby that crawls everywhere, and after the carpets were done, her feet and knees don't show any dirt. That is assurance for me that the carpets are really clean now!

Communication via email was prompt and courteous. They were very friendly when on the job. They obviously knew what they were doing and gave me information to do what I needed to do, such as removing fragile items.

Paul and his partner were wonderful. They went far above what we've ever experienced with carpet cleaners. We can't recommend them highly enough, and we especially appreciated the Angie's List discount in addition to their already reasonable price!

Jake, Jim, and Paul all came to my home to work on the job. I was quite impressed that there were many people, so they were able to move furniture and work efficiently. They did a great job on cleaning the carpets and were very friendly! They were also very respectful of my belongings to put everything back in its place. They work quickly, but take extra care to remove stubborn stains. They also gave me 2 bottles of spot-cleaning solution that works like a dream! Already had to use it the day after their visit when a guest spilled her Cosmopolitan on my white carpet! Highly recommend them! Very reasonably priced too!

They were very punctual and did an excellent job. They called before they came. I didnt feel unsafe to have them in my home. I thought their prices were reasonable and I got a discount for being on Angies List.

Paul was prompt and friendly. They removed some stains I thought were permanent. Cleaned an area rug and removed a spot from bedroom carpet for free. They worked with our tight schedule to get carpets cleaned before a party. I highly recommend A-Plus Carpet Cleaning and I would hire them again.

We found this company because they had a 20% coupon in the Angie's List publication, and they were rated highly on numerous reports. They were about the same price as another company that also had excellent Angie's List reports, but we chose A-Plus because the owner, Paul Sievert, offered to come out to look at our area and bid the job. My wife liked his professionalism and friendliness. Paul and his partner do all of the cleaning themselves. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. We had a couple of stains in one room that we thought were from beer spilled by house guests. Although it appears that they completely removed those stains, Paul told my wife that, if the stains return, they will come back and re-treat them at no additional charge. When I arrived home from work, the carpets looked great. We appreciate our Angie's List membership and the peace of mind that comes with knowing about a company before we let them come into our home.

Paul and Jim were early which was nice, because sometimes some of these other places call and say they are running late. They gave me good information on cleaning the carpet, what would be the best and what would not benefit me. Our carpet came out clean, which was nice seeing how we failed to ever clean our carpet, and we had some pet stains as coffee stains. I would recommended them to my neighbors and friends. One thing that I liked was that when you called you spoke to Paul, and Paul was the one who came out to clean the carpet instead of some other person who does not know their stuff.

I have had carpets cleaned before, but my experience with A-Plus was comparable to none. They were prompt, polite, and friendly. In addition, I tutor from my home and had very heavy traffic areas on the stairs and in the area in which I teach. I would highly recommend them and plan that next year they will also do my entire upstairs of pure white carpet.

Jim did a great job. He was prompt, professional and worked very hard. The carpet looked wonderful when he completed the job. Their process leaves the carpet almost dry upon completion. I would definitely hire them again.
