A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

They were at our place on time. They were very careful with our walls and furniture. Also, we just put in hardwood floors. They protected the floor with their cloths too. We have a small entryway rug that was filthy. We asked them to clean it, and they cleaned it for free. The carpets look nice and clean. Excellent job!

The overall project went very well. They had a problem with their equipment prior to arriving at my house. I was called to inform me they were going to be a little late as they needed to get a part fixed. It was no problem for us. The carpet cleaning was done quickly and in a very professional manner. They were here for just shy of two hours and everything was completed as expected. The carpet looks great. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have their carpet cleaned.

A Plus did a great job. They were prompt, efficient, removed ground in dirt and stains and charged a fair price. We'll definitely use this company again.

Paul showed up on time and did ran a quick detailed estimate of the work that needed to be done. He and his partner cleaned the carpet on all three floors of the house, moving furniture when needed. When they were done they cleaned the linoleum in the basement since it was slightly streaked from the equipment. They did a good job for a great price.

Jim called me about a week before our scheduled appointment to let me know that he needed to push back the time we had set by about an hour. As I was taking off work to meet Jim at my house, I was very appreciative that he was considerate enough to call and tell me the time had changed. Jim called me en route to say he would arrive in 15 minutes and he showed up just as he predicted. The cleaning of the peed on couch and a chair went very smoothly. Jim spread a very clean tarp over my area rug and positioned the couch on the tarp. He consulted with me about using a rather strong smelling deodorizing product on the couch. The cleaning took about an hour. Jim was very pleasant and i enjoyed talking with him. He told me I would not know for sure if the pee smell was gone until after the furniture dried. So far, no pee smell! The process was a success.

Everything looks and smells great. They were professional and very considerate to my schedule. They came in and did the work quickly. I was very happy.

Paul Sievert was very responsive and did a thorough job. I will call him again when I need carpet cleaning.

They did a great job. Extremely flexible in terms of timing, very friendly, very customer oriented. They were able to clean the carpets for the house we were selling on short notice. They did the work at this house and let me just pay them later.

I had to reschedule twice and they were very accommodating to my schedule. Also, they agreed to call me at my job when they were on their way. Our 10 year old carpet was a very light color. They did a wonderful job. Two of the stairways were very dirty so they performed the cleaning process on them 3 times. I was aware that all of the soil might not come out but they did a great job getting most of it out. They didn't leave much moisture in the carpet so it didn't take very long to dry. Very friendly, hard working guys. I'd hire them again in a heart beat!

Paul and his business partner Jim do an awesome job each time they come to clean our home. They are so friendly and personable as well. They really listen to what you want done. Our carpet was pretty dirty with two young children spilling on it all of the time and after Jim and Paul were done-- it almost looked like new carpeting. I would highly recommend them. Paul and Jim are very nice to work with and are even great with kids.

Prompt at the appointment for a bid. Paul was personable and got along great with the dogs. He warned me he was higher priced than many. His initial bid was $100. more than I paid to have the carpets cleaned. Though I may have considered going with his company if it was lower, it was too much of a price difference.

AWESOME! I really regret that we didn't take before and after photos, because you would not believe the improvement. My husband and I are getting ready to sell our condo, and were told by the Realtor to replace the badly stained carpeting (two cats) before listing. We didn't want to spend $2000 on new carpeting, so decided we'd get it cleaned and offer the buyers $2000 off new flooring as a part of the purchase agreement. After Jim got done we decided there's no need for a flooring allowance! The carpet practically looks like new. Jim called us the day before to confirm the appointment, and to let us know what we needed to do to prep (not much). Jim (and his helper) showed up promptly at 8:30 am, and finished 30 minutes earlier than they had estimated (under two hours). They were friendly, courteous, and efficient - in short, they were very professional. Jim recommended a product called "Nature's Miracle" (with organic enzymes) to clean up future cat accidents. He left a free bottle.

Awesome service, carpets look great, dried quickly, and well cared for as an Angie's List member. Look no further. I just couldn't be more pleased. I'm already scheduled for the next cleaning in 6 months!

Got Paul's name off of Angie's List. Contacted him on Wednesday and performed work the next Tuesday. Very responsive, personable and professional. Took 1 1/2 hours to complete job. Cleaned our area rug for no charge. Great job. Would highly recommend.

A+ Carpet did a great job cleaning everything. They were on time, friendly, and professional. The actual price was higher than my estimate, but my square foot estimation was low.

Paul Sievert was very pleasant on the phone, was able to switch days when I needed to change the appointment, and arrived on time with a helper. Pleasant and friendly, giving helpful advice on stains and carpet cleaning as he worked. Moved the heavy furniture. The work was finished in the time he said it would. Most stains were removed. I asked him to come back to look at some of the stains. He came back, very pleasant and professional, and worked on the stains. Some of the stain came out more, and others he was not able to get out. I appreciated his willingness to come back and his professionalism. I think he and his team did a very good job on my white, 5-year old carpets.

We asked them to clean the hallway in our townhome and the great room. We have two cats and a three-year-old grandchild who frequently visits, so this is not an easy job. They cleaned the small area rug at no extra charge. They do a marvelous job, are courteous, nice to have around and do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We've used them before and will use them again, because they do such good work. They almost always have a coupon in the monthly issue of Angie's List Magazine offering 20 percent off and we always use that coupon.
