A-Plus Carpet Cleaning

They responded to my initial phone message the same day. They worked efficiently and professionally. They communicated well regarding appointment arrival time and the cleaning process. They offered me the Angie's list discount, as well as money off because they didn't have to move furniture.

Great. Paul is very friendly and works very quickly. He did request that I remove loose items from furniture that was going to need to be moved (e.g., coffee tables) beforehand and that sped things up. He called 15 minutes before he was going to arrive to confirm that I was at the house. I'm very happy with his service and with the Angie's List discount, I think his price was reasonable. I had to leave before he was done and felt comfortable letting him finish and lock the door behind him when he left. I will probably hire him again for our new house.

The fellows cleaned the traffic areas as well as some more inaccessible areas. They left the entertainment center, piano and other large pieces in place. They were efficient and thorough.

Paul and Jim both responded quickly to my phone call and worked together to find a date and time that would work with our schedules. We added a dog to our household in the last year, and needless to say, there were a lot of stains on the family room carpet. Jim got all of them out (except for the permanent ink from the pen the dog chewed up)! He also worked extremely hard to get all of the makeup out of the carpet in our daughter's room, it now looks new! This is the second time A-Plus has cleaned our carpet and both times they have done a fantastic job. I will most certainly call them again.

They were wonderful! He moved all the furniture and cleaned really well.

I arranged to have this work done while I was out of town and left my trusted housecleaner to supervise the work. She told me that Paul showed up on time, with 3 men! I had several pet stains in an area of my family room that I was concerned about. I had to put my pet down earlier this year and he had kidney failure at the end, and left quite a mess, that I had tried to treat with no success. Paul not only treated this area with extra care, he also left me some spot remover for any future messes. He cleaned all the bedroom carpets upstairs, and all our upholstery, doing an excellent and very thorough job. According to my housekeeper, he worked extremely hard and was he and his crew were here for almost 4 hours. I was very, very pleased with the work.

It went really well. They were very professional and pleasant people and they did a very good job. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and I would definitely use them again.

It was great! He was on time, friendly, and thorough. I could not have asked for more. I will certainly have them clean my house and my rental property from now on!

Paul and his employee arrived about 8:15 AM and worked until about Noon. As always, they worked hard at cleaning and then applying a protective agent to the carpets. As always, Paul was pleasant and did an A plus job. I did not request an estimate because he has come annually for at least 4 years and does the same work each time. I was surprised that after all discounts I was charged $70.00 more than last year, bringing the total charge to $490.00. Last year I was charged $420.00 when there were several smaller rugs done that were not done this year. The quality of the work and the reliability of this company is worth every penny, but with rate increases each year I'm afraid I may simply not be able to afford their service. In fact, I plan to try a budget "kitty" ($40 mo) to enable me to continue with this outstanding company, but on a low/fixed income this may simply not be possible.

They were fantastic, they were prompt, their prices were reasonable and they did a really good job.

Went very well with two people only took about an hour. Paul is very personable and would re-clean any areas that I requested. First sprayed a deodorizer, then steam cleaned and post treated. Any furniture that couldn't be moved out of the room was put on foam blocks to protect carpet. If any stains reappear, Paul will come back and re-clean.

They're great. I won't use anyone else.

There was a little problem with the two workmen not arriving within the estimated time window, but they did the job on the day promised. Moved a couch, a long table, and two padded rockers as necessary, and put pads under furniture that had metal slides on the bottoms (This to protect the carpets from getting rust spots.). All in all, they did a good job, and I would hire this company again. Oh, and they gave us a 20% discount for getting their name from Angie's List.

They were prompt, efficient and very pleasant. The carpets looked even better than I had hoped. Will absolutely use them again!!

Paul is very nice, and was on time. He didn't move a shelf in our family room that I wanted the carpet underneath cleaned. I realized it as he was packing up and asked him to clean underneath. He gladly did so. I would've used him again, on our new house, but his price quote was substantially higher than the other one. But, I would definitely use him again if pricing wasn't an issue.

They seemed to be very friendly and professional. My criticism is the quality of the cleaning in comparison to the cost.

Very well. Paul was very prompt in coming out to do an estimate, scheduling the work, and showing up as scheduled. Very client focused and nice to work with.

Our poor cat started messing out of the litter box when he became ill and we cleaned the area, as best as possible. On a Tuesday, we found out we would have a houseguest, coming on Friday. Our guest would be staying in that room and we really wanted a professional cleaning. After making an appointment with a national company, I came back to Angie's List and looked again. I called and spoke with Paul. He informed me that his partner was finishing up a job, not too far from me and perhaps, he could swing by. We hung up and Paul called back, within minutes. His partner, was in fact on the way to my house, right then! I called the other company and canceled. The partner (can't recall his name...sorry), called while on the way to confirm directions. He arrived and came into the house to see the room and discuss, what I wanted to accomplish. He explained what he would do and then, got right to work. He was hardworking, friendly and we will definitely, be calling them back.

We received an estimate over the phone. He came when he said he would and made measurements. The cost as adjusted slightly upward. The cleaning process was explained in great detail. He was very honest about not being able to get out the spots that I knew were impossible to get out. He cleaned some very soiled areas twice. All the carpets were cleaned above my expectations.

Jim returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment when I needed the work done. He arrived on time, walked through the house, explained what he would be doing, and gave me the final cost before he started work. He pretreated the heavy traffic areas, and then steamed cleaned all the carpets. He moved the smaller pieces of furniture but worked around our heavy antique furniture (we had previously removed all breakable items from the tops of these small pieces of furniture). He worked quickly but thoroughly and did an excellent job. This was the second time he had cleaned our carpets and I would rehire him without reservations - in fact, I did!

Technicians Jim and Dave did a splendid job removing overall soil. Unfortunately, old stains remained. Paul came a few days later and re-cleaned the stained areas, to no avail. This was a test to see if I need to replace my 18-year old carpet. Answer: Yes. The grade of B overall reflects my disappointment, not the contractor.

Jim and Steve arrived on time. They were very professional and friendly guys. They got to work right away and were very informative of the process. I had a lot of fun chatting with them while they worked. They did an excellent job, my carpets look new again! Jim and Steve were able to get out all of the pet spots and a few food spots as well. Jim even cleaned a dining room chair for me for free. I would hire them again without question!

Outstanding. Paul called ahead of time to let us know his arrival time, promptly and very courteously cleaned the carpets in our 2 year old home. We have two Golden Retrievers. All cleaning and clean up was completed in a little over an hour. Gave us tips on spot cleaning, frequency, and suggested a program. Carpets were fully dry within about 14 hours even though we had to keep the house shut up because of the humidity outside. Can't say enough good things about Paul, his crew, and the work performed. While A-Plus wasn't the cheapest (still, the price was fair and reasonable), it was clearly the best.

The wife was overwhelmed and so was I. Great job.
