A CRAFT WINDOWS

The work was done nicely and the worker cleaned up after himself very well. The office person wasn't all together with it. He didn't relay information to me that the installer had wanted me to know in advance. He also gave me the wrong time for the installer's arrival.

Easy to talk to to define project; easily scheduled / coordinated; responded to questions and concerns. Rapid installation, when promised. This vendor/installer went far beyond expectations in correcting a problem not with their work, but with the Larson storm windows we had selected. At installation, I noticed that the new storms did not have and quot;weep holesand quot; to drain water from the sill when summer driven rain entered the screen and pooled between storm and inside sash. The very old Larson storms we had just removed did have this feature. I sent a letter to A-Craft, with photos to A-Craft for them to forward to Larson. A-Craft discussed the problem with a QA engineer at Larson, and a new bottom strip was sent from the factory, and notched to allow water drainage so that the sill wouldn't rot. A-Craft painted the new parts for us, as I had previously sanded and spray-painted the installed aluminum storms with our custom trim color. The new strips were installed and are satisfactory. NOTE that this vendor corrected, at their own cost, their SUPPLIER'S deficiency. This is the embodiment of concern for the customer. Thanks to all.

Same guy did the window service, he was in and out in less than a day, servicing 5 windows. Very reasonable price, great work. I wish I had done this years ago! I think it was less than $100 per window, with service.

They were fantastic. They were very responsive, communicative and they kept me informed as far as where we were at when the product would be available. They hired someone who would do the insulation and they worked with my timing as far as when I was available. I thought the pricing was really good. They did a good job. I previously had windows installed by a contractor and they had to be the mac airport windows for the soundlessness. The contractor went out of buisness so I contacted A CRAFT WINDOWS to see if I could work with them to get the rest of the windows that I needed. They took the director order. It worked out really well. I wanted to be consistent. I like the quality of the windows. I really like their customer service and their willingness to work with me. They were really helpful and I was happy with their responsiveness and customer service. Their pricing is reasonable. I would use them again. They came out multiple times. I was really impressed and they were very attentive.

It went great! Tony B. inspected and measured the window perfectly. He was precise, polite, professional, and got it right the first time! The window was a 100+ year old half circle window. I couldn't find anyone to figure it out. The install went perfectly done with care and articulate skill. Thank You so much. I look forward to working with them again soon!

The company was excellent. They had quality windows. I would use their services in the future too.

They were good, but we didn't go with them. We ended up going with somebody we have been using for years. I don't remember what the estimate was. They had a process they went through and they explained things. They measured all the windows and sent the estimate back to us. I didn't feel one way or the other about them. They were pretty quick to get back to us with the estimate. I would use them, but I always bid and have other people involved, so I might not always choose them. It would depend on the price.

Very good product at a reasonable price. Installation and building the windows they did a good job with the work.

They were very professional, they are one of only three people that do that type of work in my area. He did a good job, overall we are happy with the work. I would recommend them.
