Description of Work: I brought in an older pump motor from my boiler/heating system. It was a standard electric motor and they fixed it well. It was ready in less then 24 hrs. They did not replace the bushings, which cost only a few dollars and I think they should be done when servicing the motor. But it works great and I am having no issues.

+ -1 moreWe have a Heat Surge moveable heater that kept shutting off after a few minutes. Penn Electric is one of the authorized businesses that repairs these heaters. I talked to Dan Lee. He thought a particular part had to be replaced. I called him about a week later. He said he thought it was fixed, but it was still not working correctly and he was going to call the manufacturer. He kept the heater for over two weeks, which was longer than I would have liked, but he fixed the heater. It is running without shutting off.
Description of Work: This business fixed our heater.

+ -1 moreWent poorly. He had it for three months. Never called me and never returned my calls. When I did reach him he told me he was looking for a part. When I inquired as to how long he thought it would take to find this part he told me two weeks. I gave him three and he still didn't have the part. At that point I went and picked it up without any repairs performed.
Description of Work: I have a nice germ free humidifier that needed fixing. I called and he said he could take care of it.
