We were very satisfied with the entire experience and will definitely go back when we need to buy another appliance. We highly recommend this merchant.

Everything went well. The installation of the stove went better than either I or the contractor from AC Carlson expected. The installation of the first dishwasher had an issue but AC Carlson replaced the dishwasher with a new unit without any cost to me.

On 12/10/07, I talked with Gordy Peterson at A C Carlson about purchasing a range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. He explained in detail the features of different appliances, answering my questions. As we looked at different brands and models, I referred to my Consumer Report guide to help me make decisions. Gordy's suggestions matched Consumer Reports, for the most part. He first helped me choose a range, which had to be a slide-in, given my kitchen's configuration. A Maytag met my needs best, at which point Gordy told me that Maytag had a $400 rebate for people who purchased 3 appliances. When I chose my final appliance, an on-sale Bosch dishwasher, Gordy checked the backroom to see if it was available in my color choice. It was not, so he sold me an higher-price point Bosch at the sale price. Gordy also recommended the installer, Appliance Care, and called 4 days after the sale to set up the installation. Appliances purchased on 12/10/07 and installed on 12/18/07!

They were very prompt and they came at a specific time rather than making me wait at home all day. They took the old refrigerator for a small fee as well as another I had.

It was excellent. Matt at the store helped me choose the washer that was best suited to my wants and needs. He said the delivery men would call me the date I set up to have it delivered. They did. They were at my house at the appointed time. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. They explained to me what I needed to know.

The first time we went to the showroom (weeknight), we could not get anyone to help us as they were busy with other customers. We went back on a Saturday morning and got great service. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Installing the range required some carpentry work and precise measurements. He contacted their installer and explained the work that needed to be done. We were able to get an estimate on that work and schedule the vent and range installation at the time of purchase. They also loaned us a refrigerator dollie. Everything went like clockwork the day of delivery and installation. Although the installer did not know he was supposed to install the vent, so had to go and get additional supplies (increased cost). Still he was as pleasant as could be. He took great care to protect our new hardwood floors. He left the area looking spotless and even cleaned our new range top. We love our appliances!

They had excellent service, the price was competitive, and installation was professional & quick.

I will buy from them in the future. The owner himself called and asked how the microwave was working for me. They also sent me a card thanking me for the business. Great customer service for spending only a hundred dollars.

Getting appliance from them the second time is just as pleasant as our first experience with them last year.

Excellent service on the sales floor. Shopping at AC Carlson was a breath of fresh air. We tried AC Carlson, because their installers are able to handle carpentry and electrical challenges that were part of retrofitting our new appliances. The installer was excellent.

I TOOK MY TIME AND GOT COMPETETIVE PRICING. CARLSON WASN'T THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY WERE FAR FROM THE MOST EXPENSIVE- THEY WERE COMPETETIVE. THE FIRM THAT BEAT THEM ON PRICE GAVE ME A LIST OF 4 INSTALLERS THAT THEY USED AND SAID I COULD CALL ANY OR ALL OF THEM TO GET QUOTES ON THE INSTALLATION. WHEN I PICKED ONE, I WOULD HAVE TO COORDINATE THE DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND REMOVAL OF THE OLD APPLIANCES. IF I WANTED THE DELIVERY PEOPLE TO HAUL THEM AWAY, THERE WOULD BE A RECYCLE CHARGE ON EACH APPLIANCE! I CALLED ALL 4 NAMES ON THE LIST OF INSTALLERS. THREE NEVER CALLED BACK, AND THE ONE THAT ACTUALLY ANSWERED QUOTED AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE THAT THEY SAID WAS A MINIMUM IF EVERYTHING WENT PERFECT, WHICH THEY SAID WAS RARE. WHILE THIS FIRM HAD THE CHEAPEST PRICE, WHEN YOU ADD IN THE AGGREVATION OF COORDINATING THIS YOURSELF, ALONG WITH THE ADDED FEES, IT JUST WASN'T A GOOD VALUE. A.C. CARLSON DID ALL OF THE COORDINATION. THE INSTALLER WAS GREAT. THE DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE ON TIME AND POLITE.

WE STARTED OUT TRYING ONE OF THE 'BIG BOX' OUTLET STORES AND WE CANCELLED THAT ORDER AFTER LEARNING THAT WE HAVE TO COORDINATE A LOT OF THE INSTALLATION OURSELVES. THE SALESPERSON AT A.C. CARLSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND RECOMMENDED THE SPLASH GUARD TO US. WE HAD ONE OF THOSE OLD VERSIONS OF STOVE WHICH HAS A MICROWAVE ATTACHED TO THE STOVE. THE SPLASH GUARD WILL SAVE US A LOT OF CLEANING HEADACHE IN THE FUTURE SINCE WE WERE LEFT WITH A BARE WALL BETWEEN THE STOVE AND THE EXHAUST FAN AFTER REMOVING THE ORIGINAL STOVE. THE INSTALLATION WAS SET UP AND COMPLETED SMOOTHLY.

WE HAD GREAT SERVICE FROM AC CARLSON--FROM EXPLAINING EACH APPLIANCE AT THE TIME OF SALE TO DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. THE PRICES WERE VERY COMPETITIVE AND OFTEN LOWER THAN SOME OF THE BIG APPLIANCE TYPE STORES. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RECEIVE FROM AC CARLSON CAN NOT BE BEAT.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT IN HELPING US DURING THE ENTIRE PROCESS INCLUDING INSTALLATION. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD GUYS! THEY CAME ON TIME AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THE PRICE WAS VERY VERY GOOD. THEY TOOK AWAY THE OLD APPLIANCES. THEY WERE VERY ORGANIZED. THEY ALSO KNOW WHO YOU ARE WHEN YOU CALL THE OFFICE.
