Called 5 minutes before appointment and said he had a sick child he had to pick up at daycare. Told me he would call back that night to reschedule. Never heard from him again.

Neil did a fantastic job mounting a 55 inch TV above our fireplace and a 70 inch TV on the wall in our family room. We also purchased 2 Polk audio soundbars and they sound amazing! He provided recommendations, he called when he was on his way, he was on time, he cleaned up after his work was completed and was a pleasure to work with! I have received many compliments on the look and sound of the TVs. I highly recommend 7's Home Theater!

Called 1/2 hour before appointment. Arrived on time. Worked quickly to assemble the wall mount after checking all measurements and making sure of my preferences re positioning the TV on the wall. Cleaned up quickly and it looks great.

Neil did a great job helping us select a TV/blu ray/ surround sound system that met our needs and stayed within our budget. The actual installation required Neil to build a wood frame to install the TV mount in an alcove, set up the media storage unit, wire and install the surround sound including speakers in a suspended ceiling and a sound bar. Right after the installation we had the room carpeted and the TV/blu ray, receiver and sound bar Neil had literally just installed were disconnected by the carpet installers. Neil was so flexible and understanding about coming back and hooking up everything a second time. He also recommended a universal remote for the entire system which makes using the smart TV and all it has to offer so easy and efficient (highly recommended). The sound is absolutely incredible and we may never go to a movie in a theater again, or at least we won't have to because the quality of what we have is actually comparable both in terms of sound and picture. Neil is professional, listens to the customer and clearly loves his work. He is meticulous (all the cords are aligned and hidden as much as possible) and provides high quality. We had previously had him come to install a swivel mount for a flat screen in a kitchen. He is great about any project big or small and we would highly recommend him.
