All employees have background checks completed. We offer financing for installations including 24 months same as cash no interest. Description of Work: Purchased Angies big deal for humidifier.was contacted by email and asked for dates to install that worked for me. I responded with a few and then got an email back saying they were booked up for those times. It would have been better if they had told me initially when they were booking appointments. Technician was on time, very pleasant, professional and efficient.did a good job installing new humidifier and instructing me on use and maintenance

Description of Work: I had an interest in purchasing the Big Deal offered by DuctWorks Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC but needed to ask them a question to decide if I wanted to purchase 2 (for A/C and Furnace) or just one for AC. I left them a message on 8/9/13 . . . no one returned my call. I was just providing that information as feedback. Their lack of responsiveness resulted in my taking my business elsewhere.

Thank you for the response (member name removed) and we are truly sorry we were not able to help you out. I feel that this report would be a good place to explain what happened here. (member name removed) bought an "a/c tune-up" from our store front which is a great service. When the temps and humidity rise and people start realizing that there a/c does not work we have to look at all a/c calls. Some calls are for maintenance which is what a "tune-up" is and we do not place these calls in the same category as "no cooling" or "does not work". Unfortunately we had no power on Friday morning - when it returned we called everybody back as soon as possible. We apologize that your call was missed during his time.

Description of Work: We had our duct work cleaned. Along with that they totally removed the A/C evaporator coil, all registers and blower assembly and took it outside and cleaned it. In addition they installed a UV light and cleaned our dryer vent.

Description of Work: The technician did not perform the humidifier install because there was not sufficient room around the furnace to accommodate the humidifier. It would have required moving the water heater, new duct work, etc. The technician was very friendly and cooperative.

Description of Work: Ductworks came at the appointed time, and carefully vacuumed out the burning chamber on my boiler-type furnace. They checked for anything loose or broken within the system and answered some questions I had. They were thorough and capable as far as I could tell. I'm glad they cleaned out the furnace because occasionally in the past the pilot light has gone out due to ash setting on it.
