All employees have background checks completed. We offer financing for installations including 24 months same as cash no interest. Our goal is always to Add Value to Your Property and Comfort to Your Life. We do not install or service window air conditioning units.

They never showed up.
Description of Work: Never showed up. Very apologetic when I called. Had my appointment in their system. Had no explanation as to why they stood me up. Waited for 45 minutes.

Somehow your information did not make it onto our scheduling calendar and I take full responsibility for that. We did offer to have somebody still meet with that morning. Description of Work: I initially used their service as a coupon for my air conditioner tune-up last year. Was very pleased with the service. This winter I called them for a no heat situation with my furnace on a very cold morning. They responded promptly and even asked a couple of their scheduled customers to move later in the day so I could get heat. I will be using them in the future!

Description of Work: First time called, technician didn't catch a generic part was being used thus the issue was not resolved. Called a few days later, and had someone come out right away - saw a generic part was being used (placed in by another company) and replaced the part for us ASAP. Didn't charge us for the service visit as their previous technician was just there and missed it.

Description of Work: As I had to work, my neighbor stayed at my home. The service man was to do a furnace tune. I had purchased new filters as I knew that he would replace it as part of the tune-up. My neighbor told me that the service man instead vacuumed and cleaned the filter. The neighbor was upstairs and heard a loud bang. He ran to the top of the stairs and saw a fireball coming out of the furnace which quickly self extinguished. The service person did not put in a new filter. Thank God no damage came from the fireball.
