All employees have background checks completed. We offer financing for installations including 24 months same as cash no interest. Our goal is always to Add Value to Your Property and Comfort to Your Life. We do not install or service window air conditioning units.

Description of Work: I own a duplex and they did tune-ups on both furnaces. Through testing, the serviceman was able to tell that the fan in my downstairs furnace was not running efficiently and replaced it. This gelled with the efficiency report Minnegasco sent me.

Description of Work: Great. Another provider had diagnosed a major problem with my furnace and recommended about a 12k replacement of my entire HVAC system. I suspected the other provider was trying to take me for a ride and Ductwork confirmed there was in fact not a problem with my furnace. The system is fine. They are now my go to company.

Description of Work: Installed AC/Furnace and Water Heater. Was initially told I wouldn't have to remove interior wall to install. On date of scheduled install, was told I would have to remove wall (so had to reschedule install). Then, after install was finally "finished," they left ceiling tiles all over the place (did not reinstall them), and was told by Mechanical Inspector four three days later that the unit had been leaking GAS for over 72 hours with my family in the home!!!! DuctWorks finally came out to fix problems, but not before an a**-chewing by the city inspector. To top it all off, DuctWorks offered NO APOLOGY and NO DISCOUNT, despite the aforementioned issues. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
