The work cost me $2700. Rick was the salesperson. If he didn?t know something, he would call his owner to confirm the same. He was great. I will use them again in the future.

Great. In the middle of a kitchen remodel, we needed a company we could trust to get the job done quickly and to work with the other sub contractors involved with our project. They were available to us on our schedule and completed the above work in two and a half days. We will use them again.

We hired the company to clean our furnace and air ducts, since we were concerned about a musty smell that seemed to be coming through the vents. They came on time and completed the work. When we turned the furnace fan back on a few days later, the musty smell was much worse. We called the company, and they sent someone to our house within an hour. Rhod spent about 90 minutes looking in every air duct, spraying with fungicide and looking for the source of the moisture (which turned out to be from the basement, not the ducts themselves). Rhod also made several suggestions of work we could do ourselves to seal up the ducts and improve the situation. After several days of cleaning, the musty smell is no longer coming through the ductwork. We were very impressed that the company took our concern so seriously and sent someone out so promptly just in case they had missed something.

Great experience in every respect. Will use them regularly from now on. Did the job correctly with an enormous truck mounted vacuum and air compressor. Definitely not a "Blow and Go" firm like my previous experience with a different company.

They did a great job. They told us how much it would cost and they were not out of line with it. My wife was there and I was not. She was comfortable with the job they did. They left the house clean and didn't leave a mess. They seemed to do a decent job.

We got two bids and feel that Duct Works did a more comprehensive job and we are happy with the results

Upon waking up to a very cold house early in the morning, I discovered that my furnace was not working and despite my manual attempts at restarting it, it would not remain on for any period of time. I contacted Scott who was able to make time for a service call a few hours later. He was right on time and went to work immediately. A short while later, he let me know that my flame sensor needed cleaning, which he had done, as well as, a general tune up of the furnace. He was even regretful that he had just given out his last furnace filter that would have fit mine, and let me know that I had been using the wrong size filter. I could not have been happier with the service experience!

21 year old furnace was making lots of noise. Called them to evaluate for repair. Came out very promptly and helped evaluate whether to fix or replace at no cost. Was able to give me estimate same day for replacement. We chose to replace furnace and a/c. from arriving 20 minutes late on installation day, Scott and crew were very easy to work with, patiently answered questions and concerns. Offered to provide space heaters in lieu of running furnace. Price was a little more attractive than bigger heating and cooling businesses. Due to schedules (his and mine and the holiday) waited 7 days for new unit. Scott is a No pressure owner which I liked too.

Scott came over the day after I called about the AC not working. Weather was mild, so not urgent. Very friendly, professional and glad to explain things.

Brilliant! They were efficient, professional and friendly. This was a referral, as we have family in the business. While we were privy to a friends and family discount (aiding in our decision) we shopped around at name brand service companies but were turned off by their corporate and high pressure sales approach. Even without the discount, Ductworks was appealing (prices and personalities.)

I stumbled on this company while reading an Angie's List posting after having the job estimated by two larger well-known HVAC firms whose prices were at least 30% higher. Scott at DuctWorks definitely had the depth of experience and commitment to quality that I was looking for, and didn't try to give me a hard sell. Instead he offered a fair price and set clear expectations for the project; plus they installed the units within a week. The work was done during the day while I was at work, and when I returned, everything was installed as promised and the area was clean. This Angie's List experience is my best one yet, and I would highly recommend DuctWorks for a furnace/air conditioner replacement.

SCOTT WAS VERY THOROUGH. AFTER INSPECTING THE OLD FURNACE PRIOR TO A PENDING SALE AND FINDING IT NOT ACCEPTABLE, HE OFFERED SEVERAL ALTERNATIVES FOR A NEW ONE. HE DID THE WORK QUICKLY, CLEANED UP COMPLETELY AND WAS ON TIME AND ON BUDGET. I WILL USE HIS SERVICES AT MY NEW HOME!
