The technician identified an issue with the blower motor that was fortunately under warranty and will be replaced at no additional cost. DuctWorks installed the furnace originally two years ago and we have been extremely satisfied with every interaction with the salespeople, office staff, technicians and sub-contractors (electric and gas).

Excellent! The gentleman who came into our home put us at ease having a stranger in our home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We have a new home so we figured that outside of maintenance there wouldn't be any major issues found. I'd absolutely trust them to come in again at any time. The prices were about at market against other competitors.

Installer was was early and completed the installation sooner than expected.

Prior to my cleaning and inspection appointment, our furnace would not start for the first cool evening of the season. I called DuctWorks in the morning and they made some calls to their technicians and fit me into their schedule the same day. The problem turned out to be very minor so they completed the cleaning and inspection on the same visit. The employee was respectful and answered all my questions. I also purchased a whole-house humidifier from DuctWorks through an Angie's List Special. The price was reasonable and a different employee came out to the house on the scheduled date and time. Again, the 2nd employee was respectful, answered all my questions and completed the work in the estimated time. My impression is that the company and its employees are well qualified and conscientious. At this time I will continue to use and recommend DuctWorks for my heating and A/C system.

They were very organized and had you enter 3 available dates from the Angie's list deal. They sent an email to confirm the appointment and sent another right before the technician arrived. They showed up exactly when they were expected, completed the work and showed me how to you the humidifier. They were very friendly and professional.

After a visit from their installer and a couple of follow ups from me it turned out that it would cost a bit more than 2x to have my duct work "modified" and a different humidifier installed. I asked Angie's list for a refund and received it

Very professional technician. The work completed was excellent. Prompt and informative about how to keep the fire place operating proficiently. He also showed us computerized images of the inside of the chimney and places that we would need to take care of in the future. Would highly recommend this company to friends.

The work was done to my satisfaction, and the price was reasonable. I have always used DuctWorks for my tune-ups, and plan to do so in the future as well.

It went great - the tech was running a little behind but he called and let us know, and was within the window of time he said he'd be there. We are very happy with our new thermostat!

They arrived timely, assessed the 8n stall and went to work. Everything went well other than a faulty solenoid switch which they replaced immediately. A relay and the heater was blowing and it was uncertain if it was due to their work but they came back later and install it for free.

I bought the service 9/19/16 and have not heard from them yet. Please cancel this contract and return the $89 to my account. I need someone more reliable.

Our AC was not working and DuctWorks was able to get someone out the same day. Steve was the technician who came out and he was very nice and very knowledgeable. He checked a few things, got the fan to work again and replaced our capacitor. Steve was also very respectful of our home and removed his shoes before going downstairs. I had so many questions and he was so patient to answer them all and help me understand what the problem was. Thank you!

Technician arrived on time and completed a tune-up on my central air system. He checked the entire system from the central air unit to the air flow device in the attic and provided some advice on how to better maintain the equipment. Very professional and friendly service. Recommended! *This service was purchased as part of an Angie's List deal I'll be doing the same this Fall for my boiler!

Performance and adjustments to my work schedule worked well.

Rhod came out to give us a quote and was able to answer all our questions on how best to heat up our cold basement. Because we are in an old home (1942) the existing ducting was not set up optimally, but he was able to provide several customized options for us to choose from with respect to installing additional ducting in our basement. He didn't try to upsell us on the highest-end HVAC unit but instead recommended a more cost effective mid-range high efficiency unit. Josh, Scott, and Jake came out and installed everything. The installation took 2 days, but the team was as quiet as could be expected and worked efficiently to get everything done fairly early on the second day. Everything looks great, and our mechanical closet is a lot more orderly than it was before with the old unit. They used drop cloths to keep the house clean, and they offered to vacuum everything up once they were done, but there wasn't too much to clean up (mainly a bit of drywall dust from the new ducting) so I just did it myself. They also filled out all the paperwork for the high efficiency rebates, which saved us some additional work there. Overall, everything was great and the experience went very smoothly. The 24 month $0 down, no-interest financing from Wells Fargo is also a great perk as well, assuming you're confident in your ability to make timely payments. It's essentially a free loan!

Rhod (owner) answered my initial calls and came out to the property to give a bid. He was available for phone calls after to discuss project. Josh, Scott and Jake came to do the install of two Mitsubishi units. They were fast and courteous on the job site. They cleaned up after they were done and offered to explain the units/how they worked and provided the manuals. Said if we ever had any Qs they were there to help. Price was great and the most competitive compared to several other vendors. Units look great and I would definitely recommend them to others as well as use them again in the future. Only great things to say about Ductworks!

The tech was great. Explained things fully. The office work leaves something to be desired. I never received an invoice. After 4 1/2 months my former next door neighbor gets a letter threatening legal action if not paid promptly. You went to my house, you had my address, and still couldn't get an invoice to me in due time.
