A/C evaperator coil was recalled by Bryant. Even though Bryant doesn't cover the cost of labor but only for the parts in the recall, DuctWorks was still a very reasonable price for all the work that had to be done. They performed their services fast and did an excellent job going over the work that was necessary before it was performed.

The service was fine. They came on time when they were supposed to and did a good job.

Duct Works did an excellent job. The technician tuned up the furnace and was able to tell me that I didn't need to replace the heating element, although this had been recommended by another company. He noticed that the water was switched off to our humidifier and then spent a good 15 minutes helping me understand how the humidifier and air exchanger worked (something I never understood for the decade we lived in our house!).

Got an Angie's list deal for a furnace checkup. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional -- wore booties, changed out my filter, etc. Great experience!

Very good work overall for the price.

I purchased two $59 early bird coupons for my air conditioner and furnace annual service. Brad came out and spent two and a half hours going over my systems and doing general maintenance. I needed a new non-standard filter and UV lights which I paid for separately and he returned the following week and installed them. He also serviced my humidifier for a nominal fee. I have a very complicated system which includes a heat pump and I felt sure they would say that the $59 coupon would not cover my system but he done a wonderful job and never asked for any additional money. I recommend the folks at Ductworks without hesitation.

We contacted multiple contractors to give us an estimate on replacing the furnace and air conditioning units in the new home that we purchased. We also purchased a whole house humidifier from them. Because we were doing multiple large projects, both price and quality were large factors for us. Rhod from Ductworks took me through what I needed to know about furnaces and air conditioners and was very patient with me through follow-up questions. We ultimately purchased a pair of high efficiency units and scheduled an installation date. The team that came in to install the air conditioner and furnace did an excellent job and cleaned up completely after themselves. They showed us how to work the new units that we had installed and were very accommodating to our remodeling schedule.

The technician arrived on time and immediately went to work. He examined my furnace and tested it for safety. He did state that the chamber was beginning to rust, but it wasn't rusting through yet. He continued with his work and was finished within an hour and a half.

Great. Prompt service. Courteous technician.

My only complaint would be that it needs an automatic controller. With the manual you have to check the weather for big temperature drops at night and go down and set the manual controller, or you wake up with dripping walls.

I purchased Angies's "Big Deal" AC tune up for $69. They scheduled the visit promptly, called before arrival to be sure I was there and arrived on time. Cleaned coils, replaced air filter, checked refrigerant pressure and topped it off. Did not try to sell extra services. Technician was very professional, worked quickly and took care to not track dirt into the house. I would definitely use them again.

I called to make an appointment and they came the next day.I was an unusual call for them as I live on a 80ft houseboat. To get to blower, you have to go down into the hold (think crawl space). The technician was up for the challenge even though getting to the unit is like moving through a maze. Very good service and knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend this company.

We had this company out in June to do an air conditioning tune up. They did a great job. We have an OLD AC that just keeps on running. We know the newer models are more efficent but don't have the cash to shell out for one right now. The technician was great. He gave us information without the hard sale. We had them back to clean the supply and Return ducts at a rental property we own. We had an appointment scheduled for early July. I got a call from the office about a week before the scheduled appt asking if it would be ok to postpone the appt as the company was crazy busy with AC installations. She was polite and professional, and had it been a problem for me they would have kept their original appt. I didn't mind waiting a few more week to have the air ducts cleaned. On the day of the re-scheduled appt. the technician arrived right on time. He spent almost about 2-1/2 hours cleaning the ducts. I thought the price was a little high but he did a very thorough job. We will for sure use this company again. They are honest and professional and don't push the up-sell. They respect that I know what I want and honor that. They provided information and options at my requests without making me feel uncomfortable saying no thanks.

The service technician (Brad) arrived at exactly the scheduled time and went over what he would be doing. I purched the "Big Deal" from Angie's List (2 ea.- 1 for furnace and 1 for A/C) and showed him my paper work. Brad found a weak capasitor on the A/C and gave me a price for the part; I had him replace the part. After Brad completed the work he went over a yearly maintenance plan that the company offers; you can pay up front or on a monthly payment plan. I called to set up my service on 09/04/12 @ 9 am and left a message and received a call back an hour later. The person informed me that they had an opening that same morning and I took it. The whole experiance was just wonderful from beginning to end and now I have a Heating & Air Conditioning company that I can count on in the furture. Thank Angie for the deal and the contact. Mike

Ductworks called the moment they received our order for both our airconditioner and furnace tune up to set up an appointment. Since this was our first time we used the Angies List we were a little confused as to how we were to get the coupons and the method of payment. A call to the angies list office instructed us on what to do. I would suggest that anyone that is a first timer call them before ordering so that you will know the simple routine. The work performed my DuctWorks was up to our expectations and we will use them again next year. We highly recommend this company for all you Air conditioning and furnace requirements.

The company was very responsive and were able to come out about 2 weeks after we called. Even though that date was past the expiration date on our coupon/deal, they said it was no problem.

All work was done with professionalism.

They came out very quickly after I bought the deal. They cleaned out the air conditioner and took off the top and cleaned under there as well. No issues were found and overall it was a great appointment. I was impressed when I asked them how often I should have the unit tuned up, and they said about every two years, and I expected to hear them say annually.

I thought the company performed a thorough job by evaluating my air conditioner and taking the time to speak with me regarding everything that was completed. Company acted with professionalism. Would hire this company to complete any issues with my air conditioner in the future.
