They did an awesome job! We have an older furnace. Most of the companies we have used in the past to clean our furnace have also tried to convince us to buy a new furnace. It was very refreshing to have them just to the cleaning and inspecting and not try to sell us. When we do decide to purchase a new furnace, we will definitely request a quote from them.

Excellent. Brad was right on time. He performed many checks, removed the blower assembly and thoroughly cleaned it, and gave me a few tips on how to get better airflow. When he started the furnace up, the fan was running much quieter. Very courteous and did a great job keeping everything clean. Great experience. I will call again.

There was no problem, they took care of business. They showed up on time, and did what they had to do.

I had originally scheduled the appointment for 2:30pm on a Friday. I was called a couple days before and asked if I could change to 9:30 am which was fine. Then I was called the day before and asked if I could move to another day because someone had their furnace go out. I had taken a day off of work for this so I asked if we could do 8am. They were able to accommodate me which was nice. The technician came out at 8:30 and was very nice. He did the requested work and also peeked around in the ductwork and said that I should have my coil cleaned out for $120. The price seemed a bit high just to cut a whole and vacuum out a little section but I figured it was cheaper than if I had to have someone else do another service call, so I had it done. Overall I am pretty please with the service and the friendliness of the technician.

The person arrived on time and called me to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, professional and courteous and did exactly what he was supposed to do. Would definitely hire him again.

The deal when ok; my only complaint is that they put a company sicker on my cold air return duct. It is a permanent sticker, and I cannot take it off the vent.

The service person arrived promptly and got right to work. He carefully inspected the furnace workings, took them apart, cleaned them thoroughly, put them back together, and tested them. He also tested for CO and other levels and said they were fine. I was happy with the service.

Extremely well. The man was punctual, efficient, patient with my numerous questions, explained everything, willing to hunt around for the water valves I should have known how to locate but didn't, polite, and good at his job. What's not to like?

It went extremely well! This is a family operated business. I found them fair, prompt, very informed and professional. I would hire them again in a heart beat! Very respectful young man that knew his business but did not push. They also followed up by mail which I appreciate. I have them on my fridge.

The technician showed up right on time, and everything went great. I especially liked that he pointed out an issue with one of my furnaces--the return is too small, which causes my furnace to run too hot (shortening its lifespan), and to make a loud CLANK every time it turns on. He recommended that either we enlarge the return, put in a another return, or simply use a looser filter to allow for more air flow. In the 23 years I've been having my furnace serviced (and once replaced), I've never heard this before. We're planning on doing some work in the room where the furnace is, so adding another return will not be a problem. I really appreciated the advice and will follow it. I also appreciated that he didn't try to sell me any service. He simply said that a larger return vent might be worth looking in to. I had to ask him if his company did that sort of thing.

They arrived when promised. I am recovering from surgery so the service man went into the basement and serviced the furnace. He came up and told me the April Air needed a new filter (I suspected that as I change the filter every 6 months but cannot this time because I cannot climb the stairs). He said he would change the filter (he provided the filter) and clean the lines for $39. Considering what I usually pay for the filter to change myself, this was an excellent price so I had him do the work.

Very thorough and professional. Gave me some basic objective information about the necessity to have our duct work cleaned. Basically we only need to have it done every five years.

They came and did the inspection. They were nice and professional. They did good work. I had them come back out to replace a hose for me. I did have to watch over them when they came back out. He started doing another inspection, I had to remind him that he was to replace the hose. There was a breakdown in the communication somewhere with them, but the work was good.

Excellent service and reviewed the evaluation of the furnace and AC system.

The servicman arrived on time and spent maybe 20-30 minutes cleaning and check the unit.

Technician came out and called ahead of time to tell me when he would arrive. Completed the furnace tune up and adjusted the air flow to help regulate temperature in the upper level of our home better. Also adjusted the cycles to create a more efficient furnace run time. Cleaned the furnace and changed the filter.

I was very happy with Brad, the service technician. He seemed very professional and very thorough. I asked a few questions while he worked and he was helpful in explaining what he was doing which I appreciated. The company did exactly what they said they would do, gave me the report after the service was preformed and brought me up to speed with the age and status of the heating system. I would definitely consult with them for any future projects.

I contracted for these services as part of the Angie's List special offer. There was some mix up in my first appointment at their office but they rescheduled me the next week at my convenience. The tech was very personable and business like. I have used this company before and would certainly use them again.
