The gentleman performing the maintenance on my heating system was curteous and very professional. Moreover, he was punctual. Not only did he take care of my furnace he checked my humidifier and determined that I needed a new filter which he was able to replace. I would definitely hire this company again.

Installer was prompt and efficient. He not only replaced the non-working humidified, but also Installed a new water shut-off valve to the water line. He cleaned up everything and took away the old equipment and junk.

He communicated well, worked quickly, and left the area clean. Very good to work with.

He inspected the various parts and cleaned those that needed cleaning. he cleaned the outside inflow ducts and checked my air cleaner. He instructed me on how to clean the filter inside my air cleaner which was helpful. I also paid him extra to replace the filter on my April Air which was very dirty and needed to be replaced. He checked the April Air system as part of that service. He was on time, took his time going through all the furnace check points, explained everything to me and was very polite and professional.

They arrived on time and thoroughly inspected the furnace and air conditioner. They recommended the humidifier filter be changed and provided a quote for that service (which was accepted). They also informed me that the A/C was low on refrigerant and provided a quote for that as well. Because it was the end of the season, I said I'd take care of it next spring. They provided a written record for my files of their work.

After I bought the coupon, they sent me an email saying that I would have to pay an additional fee if the call was a billable call. When I replied to the email, it came back as undeliverable. When I contacted them again through their website, they sent me another email with another email address to reach them at. When I tried the email address, it also came back as undeliverable.

Ductworks came out and condemned my furnace without performing an inspection. They tried to upsell me for another furnace. I asked the salesman why they didn't give us an estimate for the repair of the furnace. They responded the repair would be more than the existing unit would be worth. I contacted two other Angie's List providers for additional opinions and both stated there was nothing wrong with my current furnace.

The technician arrived on time, and was very polite. He removed the old April Aire Humdifyer, and installed the new one. He also reconfigured the pipes for me, which was appreciated. It looks very nice.

I was very pleased with the technician. On time and very courteous. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know and also showed me how the humidifier worked and what I needed to do to maintain my HVAC system. As a new homeowner, I appreciated his extra time.

All in all, it was a job well done.

A few days prior to the scheduled appointment, a representative of the company called to ask if I would be willing to change the appointment to a later date since a change in the weather had necessitated the need for actual service on several furnaces, while my appointment was just for a tune-up. The rep was very polite and assured me that if this would be inconvenient, I could certainly keep my original appointment. I did make the change. The service tech called when he was on his way. He did an excellent job with all phases of the tune up an may have, in fact, saved my life due to his serious attention to the high CO reading. He wore shoe covers the whole time he was in my house and cleaned the furnace area when finished. I was very satisfied with this experience.

Went great. The tech explained everything, worked quickly, and the result is great. He really took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked. Overall a very good experience. I think I got great service and a great value for a new central humidifier system.

Purchased a 'Big Deal'. They were on time and very professional, cleaned up after themselves. Tuned up my furnace - just regular maintenance, wasn't having any issues with it.

It was great it wwas the first time I bought an angies deal. Everything ran smoothly from the begining calling to make appointment,they arrived on time had all equipment and installed We are very pleased

Service person Mike Benson was here on time, the work took less time than he indicated, he was quiet, polite, left no debris, trained us in the use of the product, and gave us the manual. We are thrilled to have this installed in our home. Could not be happier.

Only a couple days from set up of appointment to them actually coming out. Prompt and reliable service! Did not try to sell me anything else.

It went awesome! The serviceman replaced furnace part and spent a lot of time explaining everything just to find out what he thought the problem was wasn't! He discovered a much smaller non expensive reason it wasn't working but didn't charge us for the time or extras he gave! What a great feeling to know there are still service people out there that aren't in it just for the money but to actually fix the problem! Highly recommend this company.

After purchasing the Big Deal, I was able to get a time scheduled for installation as soon as I was available. The installer arrived on time, did the installation, explained how to use the humidifier and what kind of maintenance was needed, cleaned up after himself. The whole thing was quick and a great experience. Because of the time of year that I had the installation done, I didn't get to experience how it worked until it got cold this fall. I love the extra humidity in the house - it has made a difference in the comfort of my home as well as improved my skin.

The air conditioners got cleaned out well - they really needed it! The person was courteous and kind. He wasn't sure how to fix what was wrong with one of the units and said that he would get back to us. We haven't heard anything back yet, so that is a frustration. We are still hoping for a follow up.

Called Duck Works, explained that a/c unit needed checking. Tech checked out situation, review his findings with me and made recommendation for repair. Entire experience was hassle free, would clearly use this vendor again.

I purchased the Angie's list deal to get my furnace cleaned for $59, which I thought was a very good price. However, shortly after the company cleaned the furnace, I noticed that my furnace wasn't working AT ALL...wouldn't even turn on. I called the company and they sent out a different service person (the owner) the next day who said that I needed a new circuit board. I didn't receive a quote for the cost of the board and installation because the owner was going to determine if I could use a "non Lennox" circuit board since Lennox boards are expensive. After some confusion/miscommunication (not hearing back from the company; different quotes received on what it would cost to replace the circuit board) and several phone calls to the owners, the company installed the circuit board free of charge, which I definitely appreciated. Not only did they not charge me for the service call to install the board, they didn't charge me for the circuit board itself. The owners (especially the woman/wife) were very responsive to my issues and concerns (i.e. that the furnace was working fine until the service call to have it cleaned). It took a few weeks before they were able to actually do the install, but being that they were not charging me, I didn't feel I could request immediate service. I was frustrated initially with the experience but ultimately was very happy with the way the company handled my issue. I would definitely recommend this company.

We took advantage of an Angie's List deal/coupon to get our A/C unit cleaned and tuned-up and have coolant added. DuctWorks was easy to work with and we had no problem using our pre-paid coupon. They were on-time, professional and performed what we paid for. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future work.

Furnace worked great for a month, then started shutting off randomly and not turning back on. They sent someone out that day to take a look and fix the problem, which was a bad sensor.
