The service went great. We called them to set up the service date that was convenient to us. The technician was running late and we received about three phone calls keeping us in the loop as to his expected arrival. The technician assessed our unit and made recommendations which we followed up on a few weeks later. See that review for more details.

The technician arrived promptly at 9am as scheduled, was polite and left the space he worked in as (or more) clean as it was when he arrived. He explained the setup to my husband and answered our questions before leaving. Very, very good experience!

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for a furnace tune-up ($59) and was able to schedule a convenient time for the appointment. Although it was snowing and I thought that the technician might be late, Brad was right on time. Brad was very professional. He cleaned the very dusty furnace and found the system to be safe and working well. He suggested, and I agreed, to replace the 10 year old flame sensing part ($51). As he worked I asked him several questions about the functioning of the furnace and what to look for in a filter. He answered all of my questions about AC replacement, prices, rebates, and extent of work involved in replacing my old system. And then I got his opinion on duct cleaning. Brad never gave me cause to think that I was bothering him with my questions. He was patient and courteous.

Our experience was great! The technician was very courteous. He he tiptoed and whispered when we let him know the kids were sleeping. We received thank you cards after the service appointment. We like the personal touch. We bought DuctWorks annual HVAC service plan because we trust their quality and their customer service skills. The very first service call was in August when the air conditioning failed. Our home warranty company directed us to find somebody to come out because all their representatives were busy. I called around for a few hours looking for an available technician. The owner of DuctWorks made time to come out, assess the problem (blown capacitor and had a new part in his truck), and perform the repair. He was very courteous and took the time to answer my questions. We received a thank you note a week later. This is what prompted us to have his name ready when we had other issues.

Lady booking the appointment was lovely and had the guy out within 48 hours. They had a good offer for a furnace service and matched it for my boiler. Repair dude came early (rang ahead to make sure it was ok). I had 4 baseboard thingos not working and lots of gurgling in the pipes. He thought that one of my valves wasn't letting water through, so he replaced that ($200) and bled the air out of the pipes. One baseboard couldn't be bled because it was busted (couldn't get the lid off / valve open). He was able to do the repair immediately rather than make another appointment. Total cost was approx $260. Repair dude was professional, nice, no complaints. Only problem is that I spent all that money, and whilst my pipes don't gurgle, I still have 3 baseboards not working. Only 1 got fixed. I need to follow up with them, (I haven't told them - so it's not their fault) and if it doesn't cost $200 per baseboard to fix, I'll give them an A. Sorry for the use of "thingo" and other words, I'm Australian and don't know the official terminology as I have spent most of my life living in a climate where the houses didn't need central heating. UPDATE: Ductworks contacted me to talk about the remaining dodgy baseboards. They sent somebody out very quickly, and he stayed for 2 hours until every baseboard was working perfectly. I wasn't charged anything to get them working. As with my previous appointment, my service technician was punctual, friendly and a pleasure to have around. I would recommend Ductworks and be happy to use them again if anything else went wrong with my heating.

Easy to schedule appointment, arrived on time and was courteous and professional. Worked quickly and installed the unit in a tight spot. Explained the operation thoroughly and was on his wasy. Great service experience.

The humidifiers were installed on time. They left no mess. They are working great so far. I'm very pleased.

I called for an estimate and they came out to look at the job. The individual who did the estimate gave what I thought was a high estimate, but I needed the work done quickly as it was a condition for selling my house, so I agreed to it anyway. The technician who did the installation was friendly and professional and completed the work with high quality--he was not the same individual who did the estimate. I was happy with the work he did, and I know he was just following the quote that was done, but I felt that the price was way too high for what ended up being under 3 hours work, and considering the materials were probably not that costly. It's unfortunate since I think DuctWorks does decent work, but I'm unlikely to use them for the much more expensive furnace work I'll probably be needing on my new house within the next couple of years because I felt I was overcharged for this small job.

The service was awesome. The individual doing the service was clear and concise about what he was doing and why. He answered all our questions and gave us several tips and useful information. I would definitely have him back again.

I purchased an AC Tune Up from DuctWorks as part of an Angie's List deal. When they came they were very professional, tested out the system, and recommended adding some refrigerant, since it was a little low. They added the refrigerant, and gave us the option of signing up for an ongoing service contract (which we declined). The AC coming out of our vents felt cooler immediately after this service was performed, so it must have done the trick!

The technician showed up early and was very thorough and explained everything. I will definitely use again.

We scheduled the appointment for the afternoon (Monday) of what turned out to be the day of a big snow storm. They called us two hours before the appointment to cancel. It seems the service technician had been in an accident. We rescheduled for the Friday of that week at 4:30. By 5:00 nobody had showed so I called to find out what was going on. The service technician was running behind. They said he could still stop by but it would be close to 6:30 before he could get there. I opted to reschedule for the following Monday, again at 4:30. The service technician showed up at 5:00 was done in 45 minutes. We got some important information about our furnace but no repairs were needed.

The deal was described as "20-Point A/C Tune-Up & up to 1 Pound of Refrigerant." When the technician went over everything he had done, however, he indicated that the level of refrigerant was "pretty good." That sounded to me like it wasn't at absolute optimum, so I was confused that he hadn't added some refrigerant because of the description of the deal. But when I asked him that specifically he said it really didn't "need" it. I know refrigerant is expensive, so, I had a lingering doubt as to whether I got the full benefit of the advertised deal.

Brad from DuctWorks Heating & Air was prompt and showed up 10 minutes early to our appointment to install a humidifier for our furnace. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the product and any questions I asked. He explained everything he was going to do in detail. We chose to get the automatic detection add-on and so far are very happy with our product. Once Brad finished, he walked me through how to maintain the unit (pretty simple) and gave us all the guides we need. The work that was done was very professional looking; the piping he had to cut in to and add a spigot for looked solid, the wiring for the automatic detection was done nicely and hidden in the rafters, etc. We felt the effects in the air immediately. We'd definitely recommend DuctWorks for this kind of job!

.Mike was right on time and very professional. He explained about the company, what he was looking for and what work he would do and then got to work. Upon leaving, he looked at my hardwood floors in my 100 year old house and inquired how the humidity was in the house (which is practically none) and then recommended a humidifier for the furnace. No hard sell...just a recommendation. I mentIoned some concerns I had heard over the years about that and he explained the improvements that had been made in the products. I will give it some thought. If the need arises, I would use this company again.

Came and thoroughly went over all aspects of the air conditioner. Walked me through the steps he was taking so that I could learn about my system. Pointed out that it was an older system and noted what to watch out for in the future. GREAT job. Very professional and very polite. I felt that this was a great deal and I would call them again without hesitation. Highly recommend this company.

The service went very well. The central air conditioner, only 3 years old, has slowly leaked refridgerant. The unit had been serviced by two other service providers who were not able to locate the leak. DuctWorks found the source of the leak within a half hour and also found that the furnace contained a serious crack and was leaking carbon monoxide. DuctWorks had everything fixed and a new furnace installed within a few days. Everyone at the company was great to work with. They were prompt, helpful and very professional. They were great at communicating and explaining the process of the repair and furnace replacement. This is a top rate organization and I highly recommend them.

The office people were very nice when scheduling. The Technician showed up in the time frame agreed on, and preformed the furnace tune up in a timely manner. The technician was friendly and professional.

He was very pleasant, efficient, professional and clean. The work was accomplished in about three hours.
