Amazing. We discovered around noon that our furnace had stopped working. I went home and spent some time trying to "fix" it with no success. I think I called them around 2PM and they had a guy in my basement by 4:30 and he had it fixed by 5PM. The kind of timeframe I would dream about but never expect to get. The coupon on Angieslist saved me $60 so it would have been $159 if I hadn't found that. I strongly recommend this company.

I had used DuctWorks to tune up my air conditioner in the spring so I hired them recently to tune up the furnace. They arrived on time, were cordial and professional, and did a great job with the furnace. I intend to get on their year-round service program since both experiences were top rated. I highly recommend this company.

Brad, the repair man who arrived proved to be both knowledgeable about furnace operations and was efficient in his approach to performing a checkup and cleaning of the furnace. He was thorough in determining all aspects of the system were performing appropriately. Brad's effort helped resolve a concern I've had regarding an occasional on-off oscillation that would take place when the furnace was heating. That oscillation resulted from a combination of low output from the flame sensor and limited air flow through the duct work, resulting in an over temp. cutoff and re-ignition. The furnace has performed better since this service was performed, however there is now a 60 cycle hum in the furnace while in standby condition that was not there previously. When I called the company to inquire about it, I was asked to call Brad and tell him about it. In my follow-up conversation with Brad I was not able to reach an agreement on having the hum checked out with out incurring additional cost.. That issue remains unresolved.

There was a storm the night before so he was understandably late, and did call to let me know when he'd be there. Installation was quick with out any problems. It works like it should and left the area just as it was found. No complaints at all.

It went great! He inspected the furnace, then I asked him how much it would cost for him to look at my water heater and he offered to do it free of charge, and if any repairs were needed we would go from there. It all went very smoothly, and he was even nice to my dog!

Awesome experience. Brad reached out to me a half hour before appointment to let me know he was coming. He went through the cleaning and then grabbed me to explain everything. He even took the time to help me understand some unrelated items I had asked about including my whole house humidifier, settings, cleaning, etc. Just top notch service.

Purchased an Angie's big deal. Had dealt with the company before and was very satisfied in dealing with them. They did not disappoint. I would definitely hire the company again.

Mike showed up on time with a clean truck. He checked out the forced air furnace and for an extra $139.00 he also did the same for the boiler furnace(radiators). I was very h appy with his work. He was efficient and seemed to know what he was doing. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Angie's list.

Everything went very smoothly.

Arrived exactly on time. Explained what was to be done and optional upgrades. Installed the humidifier quickly and efficiently, cleaned up such that you wouldn't know that they had been there. Explained how to operate the unit and the required maintenance (filter change interval). All done in the span of a couple of hours. Very happy with the installation and the result - the house feels so much nicer now.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal coupon for this project. They were great, on time and provided an extra service by tuning my furnace a little at no charge. I was running late so they waited extra for me to get home so they could do the job and explain a little about how they working and what was going on; they were pretty good. With the Angie's List deal they had the best price.

Mike Benson was the service person and was wonderful. He called when he would be at my hoe was on time and did an excellent job. He was able to overlook minor issues and give some very good advice on inproving the system . I would recommend them on a furnace issue.

It went great. Mike gave me a run-down on how our system works, and its age and life expectancy too. Our furnace is old enough that it should be replaced, but he advised waiting until that needed to be done instead of pushing us into getting a quote. He also advised on how often to replace the blower filter, what type of CO detectors he prefers and why, and gave us advise on our gas fireplace. I now understand our furnace and heating system better, and would call them again in a heartbeat.

I purchased this service call on Angies List Big Deal. The turn around was very fast - I bought the deal on Monday 12/31/12, called to schedule right away and the service was performed 1/3/13. Mike was on-time, friendly, and did exactly what he came to do in a timely manner. Great experience.

Arrived a little after the appointment time but that was fine since the technician called earlier in the day and let me know he was going to arrive abourt 15 minutes later that the appointment time. I was very pleased with the explanations and service provided. Would have them back again

Our furnace was in good shape (fortunately). Was good to have the peace of mind. Technician was very quick and courteous.

Great experience with the folks. give them all the information up front and it will be smooth transaction. After they started the work, they realized that they did not have the right sized duct. They were able to get it to the site immediately with out impacting the work or schedule.

The timing of the deal couldn't have been better, as I had just moved into a new house and it was incredibly dry. When I called DuctWorks to schedule a time for the service, it turned out I was the first caller. I bought the deal on 11/5 and DuctWorks installed it on 11/15. Not bad if you ask me! The tech who came out to install the humidifier was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a good rundown of how the humidifier worked, and answered a few other random questions I had about my furnace in general. A few days after the installation, I noticed that a pump on the back of my furnace was triggering frequently. It was noisy enough to be annoying, so I called DuctWorks to see if it was connected to the new humidifier. I ended up sending them a video I shot on my phone so they could see and hear the problem first hand. They're pretty sure they know what the problem is, and are ready to send someone out as soon as my schedule clears up after the holidays. These guys are legit.

The unit itself seems to be of good quality (Bryant) and functions fine. The installer was courteous and worked quickly once he arrived. He was about an hour later than the scheduled time, but an afternoon appointment carries that risk. So far, I am pleased with the purchase.
