It went well. They were very good, the fellow that came out when i had questions he answered them and had more to it, very good. I think the price was very good. I had to ask sometimes but when i did i got complete answers.

It went great. The tech called before he arrived (he arrived on time) and let me know exactly what he was doing.

Great, no problems. It took a bit longer than originally expected, but it worked great all winter. I was finally comfortable after a couple of winters without one.

They came at 8AM and were done by 4pm. They were an excellent crew, worked very well together. I would definitely recommend them.

Very well. Our tech was personable and seemed to know what he was doing. We chose Ductworks because they installed out furnace/AC several years ago and we were impressed with their work then. I believe that if you've got someone you like, keep using them until they prove you wrong.

The technician Steve did excellent job for the furnace tune-up. He found a returning hose missing a clamp so he installed one without asking. Thank you Steve.

Fantastic! The technician that showed up was professional and a nice guy. He took the time to explain how the humidifier works and what to look for if it was not working properly. If you are considering any work by this company, I would say you are in good hands.

They came quick, provided a free estimate, scheduled the work, performed the work, and came back to deal with one concern we had after install. I was very pleased with everything, start to finish. Very easy to work with, and I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

I actually never write reviews, but this company did such a fantastic job that it would be wrong not to. One area of our office building was overheating and very uncomfortable. I spent 2 weeks trying to get a call back from other businesses, but when I called Ductworks they not only answered their phone but were able to schedule something for us the next day. When Rob came, he came ready to fix the problem. He was very thorough, honest, friendly, and professional. He did what he described as a possible temporary fix, saying that he would order the needed part in case the problem persisted. When I needed to call them back out to replace the part, they again came out right away, replaced the part, and fabricated a new part to ensure everything worked. The problem is now solved and we plan on contracting with them for routine maintenance work on our furnace and AC. They did great work and couldn't have been easier to work with!

Overall well, the tech needed to call in as he first thought he could not install it but after talking to his boss he found a way to install. The install was done and the tech explained things well. The humidifier is working well and we are happy with it.

Superb. Nice guy. Sorry, I forgot his name but he's actually come before. Very friendly. Fast. One weird thing, they weren't willing to honor the angieslist coupon; they said it had expired. But it was still posted on angieslist, so I just went online and paid for it there. Went through just fine. Regardless, I highly recommend these guys.

Everything went well and explanation top notch, will hire if ever needed any furnace or any work they perform.

Pat Gannon arrived punctually. He was pleasant and engaging. Because of the small space around the furnace he needed to put more time in than probably anticipated. He said "we'll make it work" and did. Area clean as when he arrived when he left. Great guy. Neat, efficient and professional. Thank you, Pat!

Service was Excellent and VERY timely.

It went great. The technician was great to work with. He was on time, friendly, and did great work.

Very well. The service man was right on time. He changed out the old humidifier, changed the vents that were pretty old, and changed the water drip line. Everything was done quickly and it is running perfectly.
