He was good, on time, friendly, and explained everything he was doing. It met all my expectations.

A nice young man came and everything was neat, clean, and well done. Everything seems to work just fine. I was very pleased.

Mike was on time. He spent some time with us before the installation to discuss the humidity in our house and help us understand how to monitor and control the humidity in our home. The install took about 3 hours, which was a little more than Mike had estimated, but there was additional work he needed to do to uninstall the old humidifier and install the new one. After the install, he showed us how everything worked and some of the additional work that he needed to do to make sure it worked properly. Overall a very good experience and we'd definitely call them first for future work.

Installation was professional and was performed in a timely manner. The unit functions perfectly and we are very happy with the results. In all, we are highly satisfied and definitely recommend Duct Works.

Our furnace had been making a clanking noise for about a month. I thought there was a loose part rattling around in the fan but I could never find it. We bought the coupon for a furnace tuneup and figured that they would be able to find the problem during the tuneup. Mike, the technician, arrived right on time and very quickly found that when Minnegasco Service Plus had replaced the motor a few years ago, they damaged the connection between the motor and the fan. Mike had to order a new fan for us and he did mention that MSP would probably do the work, but since they messed it up the first time, I wanted it done right. Mike came back about a week later and installed the new fan and finished the tune up. Everything has been running smoothly since then and I am very happy with the work. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

They were very good. I was there with the guy asking him questions about things and he was responsive and answered questions. They needed to put in more than one pound of refrigerant which they weren’t surprised and I was actually glad because my cooling wasn’t working well. The guy was nice and he billed me and I was able to pay right then with American Express or with whatever it was they let me pay with. The price was reasonable. It costs a little more only because of the added one pound refrigerant and I wasn’t surprised because last summer it was working fine which couldn’t have been their fault. It was worth having them come out for that weather. The price was fine. I don’t remember whether they were here on time or not. They were professional but it is not like a doctor’s office.

The technician was prompt and very efficient. He was friendly and highly professional. He performed his work very efficiently and described to me everything he was doing and what it meant.

The service from DuctWorks was fantastic. The service rep Mike was very knowledgeable. My wife and I had just moved into a house that had a four year old HVAC system to include a air-to-air exchanger. We did not know what condition they were in so we used a special for DuctWorks to come and do an annual service/inspection. Mike showed up on time as promised. He noted that the furnace was in good shape overall but needed some cleaning. During the course of his inspection he noted that the power-vent motor had a bad bearing or series of bearings. He showed me exactly on the power-vent. He didn't pressure us to replace the motor. I also asked questions surrounding a humidifier as our house was at a very low humidity of around 10%. He quoted us and emailed a copy of the quote. He did not pressure us for either but was very professional. My wife and I decided to get a humidifier and replace the motor. Neither were needed, but both were desired. Mike had to wait for a part to come in, but then his office schedule another service with us. Installation went flawless and he was more than professional. Two weeks later we noted the humidifier wasn't working. He stopped back out and took a look. He noted the control panel was bad. He ordered another and came back two days later to replace it. It has been working flawless ever since.

DuctWorks Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC did an okay job. I liked the price because it was a special.

Ductworks was great. They were able to schedule me the day after I called. They did a very thorough inspection of my furnace and used a special camera to show me where the cracks were. They were extremely knowledgable of systems and issues and took the time to explain all of that to me. I found them to be very trustworthy and friendly. They were also prompt, neat, and thorough. Great quality and customer service!

I have used DuctWorks on two different occasions and I have found they are the best. They are punctual, professional, courteous, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again in the future and refer my family, friends and neighbors to them.

Very pleased with the overall experience of DuctWorks promotional offer and Mike, the Service Technician. I called DuctWorks in advance of purchasing their service, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to my HVAC questions over the phone and prior to purchase. Mike was on time for our scheduled appointment and was very professional, consulted with me before he started the work on what he would be doing, and how the installed equipment would work. After explaining the work to me Mike ensured that all of my questions were answered before he started the job. It took three hours to perform the work, and at no time did I feel that Mike was rushing to get the job done - but instead took his time to ensure proper and tidy installation. I would highly recommend Mike for any HVAC service/needs, as I will be using Mike and DuctWorks in the future for any additional HVAC needs.

The overall experience was great. I was called to set up the install in a timely manner and they were able to get it scheduled quickly. The technician called on his way over and arrived on time. He was professional and helpful. He took the time to explain everything I need to know. I am loving my humidifier! Totally worth it!

Arrived on time. Did excellent job explaining issue and what needed to be done to repair it. Fixed everything and then walked me through what was done and why. Thoroughly cleaned up after done. Was very satisfied with my experience.

Great. He took the time to explain to me what to look for with a gas/hot water system.

Great. I actually had another company come in prior to DuctWorks that I knew once they got there was shadey in nature. They falsely advised me that I have 2 heat exchangers that were cracked and the best solution was to replace the furnace at a cost of $3,500-5,000. When I asked them to check to see if there were replacement parts that can be used, they said "no", but I insisted that they check and there were replacement parts that would eliminate the need for a new furnace and cut any costs down to approx. $2,000. They also refused to tell me their hourly rate. Stating that they only price basis the complete job. They spent more time trying to sell me a new furnace then working on my existing furnace. At one point they said my ducks needed cleaning, my vents did not allow air to flow properly out of the vents. However, come to find out that they had shut the "zone" off to the vents in question, and once the zone was turned on the air flowed perfectly. They did not seem to have that much expertise and did not want to explain things so you could make a reasoned decision. However, when Duckworks arrived I did not mention there was someone before them that inspected the furnace. He was curtious, knowledgable, explained every detail with pleasure and in a manner you could understand, did not try to sell a furnace, was able to determine that my furnace was running great, did not have cracked heat exchangers, my furnace was running great for being as old as it was, I did not need a new furnace, I did not need repairs, I should ensure that I clean filters monthly, I would not benifit from buying a new furnace finacially since mine is working so well, my carbon dioxide levers we at the level of new furnaces-which is very low, and all other mechanical and other parts of my furnace were in proper working order. It was clear that Duckworks was focused on giving great and truthful analysis of your furnace and only provide the service that is needed. They brought honesty to the table that is rarely found these days with other company's in this industry. I'm so glad that I spent the money to get a 2nd option, which I know to be true.

Due to space considerations, the installer was not able to place everything in the ideal spot, which I understand to be before the furnace on the air return. Still, he was able to place the unit on the "warm side" just fine. My furnace is on the 2nd floor in the laundry room and he left the laundry room cleaner than when he arrived. Total installation time was about 3 hours and the unit has performed well throughout the winter. No more static and bloody noses because of dry air in the house. I would definitely use this provider again and I have recommended them already to someone looking at getting a new furnace.

Can't complain with anything. They were able to install very promptly, despite the warning that it may take awhile due to popularity: it was within 2 weeks. The installer showed up exactly on time, was in and out in an hour and a half, walked me through how to operate the system along with explaining optimal setting depending on the temperature. He left his card and explained some of the other services they provide, but wasn't pushy like he was trying to sell me anything

I have dealt with them before, they are a first class outfit, and that is why I booked the deal. They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it, and it is done right. They are reliable. The price was reasonable, they were not the cheapest, and they were not the most expensive. It was not extraordinary but it was a competitive price.
