Serviceman was on time. He removed his shoes and I got him oriented on the furnace location. He spent just over a half hour. He cleaned the air conditioning unit, tested compressor and pressure, provided a new furnace filter and check cooling connections and temp inside. I have a 25 year old Rheem and would expect that most would try to sell me a new unit. He simply commented that the unit is obviously older and that we would benefit from technology efficiencies when the time comes to replace it. He went through the checklist and asked if I had any questions. Overall, nice job!

Everyone I worked with was very professional. The installation took about 6 hours and required an electrician. The original price seemed high, but with the amount of work that went into it I'm happy with how everything turned out. I will be able to test it out this week with rising temperatures so I hope everything is as advertised...

I've dealt with DuctWorks twice now and a couple times on the phone... each time the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The technicians did an excellent job of explaining any charges and ensuring I had no questions before they left at the end of the job.

Upon inspection, they said the furnace needed much work. They said the heat exchanger was cracked along with other problems. We refused the additional work and hired another company for an inspection. They said there were no problems and we have been using it since then and it has worked fine.

Mike did an excellent job! He was experienced, prompt, polite and respectful. Explained everything he did and made the service call a breeze. I was very impressed and would highly recommend their service.

Excellent! Mike came out and answered all my questions and even answered questions I didn't know I had. No hard sell and no pushing other products. They do offer a service protection plan, but again, it was offered but no hard sell. Very friendly (and good with the dog).

Mike from Ductworks was fantastic. Professional demeanor, attention to detail and thorough in finding the issues and providing options. I rarely give perfect reviews but they deserved it. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Mike called a half hour before the scheduled appointment time to verify the appointment and let me know he'd be on time. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He completed the work, informed me how the A/C unit was functioning, and answered all my questions. I would definitely use this company again.

I didn't have any issues with them. They did a good job and they explained what they were doing as they approached the project. I didn't really have any concerns. I bought this house and didn't know what they were going to find as the ducts was 45 years old. So they walked me through the process of what they were going to do. They told me that they would have to cut plug holes in the furnace. They were educating me on the process that helped me to better understand it. Their responsiveness to my concerns was the thing that stuck out most.

Showed up exactly on time. Very courteous and professional. Performed check up of central air system, checked Freon, cleaned unit, and purged the drainage lines. During the work, he recommended that the thermostat (which was old) be upgraded to a new digital programmable unit. Cost was $95 which I felt was very reasonable; had him perform that service also. He was very respectful of my home, put shoe covers on every time he entered the home. Would recommend them without question.

Overall, DuctWorks did exactly what they said they would and did it professionally and very well priced. We should have asked more questions. The installer told us to keep an eye out for condensation on our windows, which would indicate that the humidity was set too high. There is a general guideline and it's placed on the unit itself, which is in the basement. We had issues with condensation from the beginning, so much so that we ended up shutting off the humidifer for a good part of the winter because we didn't want to have to pay to replace windows. We ended up having to get the humidifier reconfigured to connect to a Nest thermostat system to better monitor humidity on the floors we live on (not the unfinished basement). Since DuctWorks installed the humidifier we had them install the Nest for an additional fee (very reasonable). In the end, we should have been better consumers. Not DuctWorks issue at all. They did what they said they would, and actually a bit more. The reason I marked 'no' to not hire again is mainly a mileage issue as we are in Burnsville and they are located in Golden Valley.

They were very professional on all aspects, setting up the appt and the work done. I would use their service again. Mike was the service technican that came to the house.

Technician arrived on time and cleaned the AC unit, checked to make sure it was working, and added refrigerant.

Overall, it was just fine. He did a good and thorough job. He found a bad part and is coming back to replace it. I would definitely recommend him. Make sure work with Brad not Mike.

The company was very prompt, friendly, and professional in scheduling our service. Our technician, Brad, called ahead, arrived on time, and was entirely professional in his demeanor and ability to answer our questions. He completed the work efficiently and was helpful in explaining how everything worked afterward. The only negative aspect of the experience was that he immediately offered an upgrade on the deal we had purchased (adding the auto-adjustment feature) that basically negated the savings we thought we were getting. Admittedly, we didn't have to purchase the upgrade, and he acknowledged that not all customers do. Still, it would have been a more positive experience overall if we had known about this "hidden" cost up front to better evaluate whether we were really getting a good deal.

Very pleased with the overall experience of DuctWorks promotional offer and Mike, the Service Technician. I called DuctWorks in advance of purchasing their service, and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also able to schedule me for the next day. He was friendly and highly professional. Definetly will use DuctWorks again and recommend to others.

Very well. A recent home energy auit showed our furnace was kicking out too much CO. We called Ductworks to do an inspection and clean. Puctual, smart, nice, and effecient. Told us we didn't need a new furance. Diagnosed the problem as too high of gas pressure at the intake. Adjusted the pressure and all readings went back to normal. Ductworks gave us additional information on our water heater and some advise when looking at a future remodeling project. I think they use their inspection to set up a trusting relationship so you call them when you need a replacement. It worked with me! I'll use them in the future for problems or opportunities with my HVAC.

Everything went as advertised, and they did a good job.
