Everything went great. He was thorough and quick. Didn't try to sell us anything, just did his work and recommended when we should have it done again. I had a few questions which he answered thoroughly and informatively. Great deal!

Installer should up, showed him what I wanted done, he took some measurements the went to the shop and made up the new parts. He was back an hour and a half later and installed the new ducts

My daughter used this deal. He had called my daughter and asked to come a little earlier for the appointment than expected. He was polite and did the job correctly. They had also noticed the air was not filtering properly so he was able to put a piece of thin gauge metal so the air would now go through the filter and not around.

Everything about my experience was done to "A" standard except that 3 trips (an inspection and 2 repair visits) were required instead of 2 because the technician initially forgot to check and order a new circuit board in addition to a new motor to fix the air exchanger. Not a huge deal, and I would use them again.

The appointment went great! The technician (Brad) called and sent me an email when he was on the way to our house. He arrived within the scheduled window. Brad was personable and explained the service he was going to perform. He also answered all of my questions about purchasing a new air conditioner. Brad performed a thorough cleaning of our air conditioner and tested it prior to leaving. Finally, Brad noticed a minor "champagne"leak on our gas meter that had gotten water on it while using the hose to clean the unit. I will use Ductworks if I have a furnace or air conditioning issue in the future.

He did a great job. Was very professional. I did not need any refrigerant. Gave me some tips to keep the A/C running OK. Reattached a loose condensation hose. Excellent Job!

Mike arrived on time and got to work immediately. He discovered that the compressor would not start and recommended installing a booster - which worked perfectly. He told us that this was just a bandaid and could last all summer or not. For $85, it seemed like a good investment, since we are not prepared to purchase a new air conditioning unit at this time. He was very professional and very personable - we would certainly contact DuctWorks when the A/C finally does quit working.

There were communication difficulties and glitches, but the work went great and no complaints about the outcome. The tech. never showed for the first appointment due to computer glitch that erased the appointment, but we called and rescheduled and they came promptly for second appointment. The AC diagnosis and repair was done quickly and AC is working well. It took about 6 phone calls back and forth to get receipt emailed, and while phones don't seem to be answered real time they are good about returning calls and emails. Seems to be a small company with limited administrative resources, but they did great work for a fair price and were nice; therefore I'd definitely recommend them.

The experience was perfect. The work they did was great. After I bought it, they called to schedule but I didn't take that call, my wife did.

DuctWorks has been wonderful. They actually replaced our furnace and air conditioner in 2008 and we have used them ever since.

My wife and I bought our house a couple years ago - and it has a 20 year old (or so) central A/C system. I wanted to get it checked out and make sure it was in as tip-top shape as it could be considering its age. Mike showed up on time, checked out the system in the basements and outside, told me how it worked, told me that the system's compressor and fan had been replaced recently (and were in good shape). He topped of the refrigerant (didn't need much, thankfully). He also told me the filter needed to be replaced but had no issue with me doing that on my own. He also better secured a power cord, in the A/C, that was close to making contact with the fan. He answered my questions about how the system worked and addressed my concerns about the age of the system. For the most part, our A/C system was in better shape than I expected (thank you previous owners), but Mike did the needed service, and didn't try to upsell or do unnecessary repairs (always a concern in these sorts of interactions). I'll likely contact them again, towards the Fall, for similar maintenance/checks on our heating system. Very happy overall.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I loved them. I've used them before. The service was phenomenal. They do good work and it is quick service. They are really friendly.

I purchased the Angie's List big deal for an Early Bird 20-Point A/C Tune-Up with DuctWorks Heating & Air Conditioning for $77. Mike Benson was the Service Technician that came out to do the tune-up. He was very professional and friendly. He did the tune-up and explained everything thoroughly to me and made some suggestions for things that I could do to make the A/C work more efficiently. He even gave me a suggestion for dealing with the swallows that are building a nest outside my front door. Mike was very pleasant to work with and I would definately use DuctWorks again.

The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly. Technician was prompt and efficient. He adjusted the natural gas so that I wasn't wasting any. I was very happy with them.
