They did the work they were paid for. It was Big Deal

The blower motor went out on our furnace Sunday morning during a string of hot humid weather. We called the office on Monday and made an appt for Tuesday. Mike came at 7:30 the next morning and quickly went to work. He was able to determine the fan motor was burnt out and needed replacement. He was able to order the part, with delivery the next day. Mike returned late Wednesday afternoon and installed the motor. All done with working a/c and fan in less than 2 hours. Mike was profession, friendly and efficient. We would definitely use them again.

It was easy, called and set up the appointment, technician showed up on time, did the install and showed me how to use it and maintain it. Easy peasy, great experience and price!

Fine. They did a good job of overcoming hiccups. The job took one more day than originally planned.

I am not using DuctWorks Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC for regular service or maintenance because the price is a lot more than another one I found. They were asking $100.00 for a part and I found a better deal elsewhere. I would not use this provider in the future because of their pricing and all.

For an unexpected AC repair, the experience was great (as great as it can be...). Having Mike take the time to explain everything made me confident in his expertise. Not only was he on time, he was about 20 minutes early, which meant we could get the AC running on a warm day sooner. Since DuctWorks is the only heating & cooling company we've worked with I'm not sure how the price compares, but I'm confident we got a bargain. Will definitely be using this company again if the AC putters out again (hopefully not!) and for tuning up the furnace in the fall.

They were wonderful. They were very thorough and we were very pleased. I would recommend them because they seemed very honest and they were informative. We have owned 17 houses and so we have had a lot of furnaces checked and they did a good job. They just called last week to inform me that it was time to have the air conditioning checked and they will call back this week to schedule that.

My air conditioner hadn't worked properly since it was installed. It now works perfectly. He was incredibly professional and patiently answered all my questions. As a single female who has been burned in the past, this is very important to me. I will not hesitate to use their services again.

The Ductworks technician, Brad performed a great job servicing our A/C unit. We had not had cool air for the last two days and quite stressed! Brad performed all the appropriate tasks outline in the Early-Bird Tune-up package we purchased. He was actually arrived 45 minutes early, we appreciated that!! I rated responsiveness as a 'B', only because we had to schedule three days out because this is their busy season. He was very courteous and very informative. He mentioned and explained the yearly maintenance plan, but did not press to make the sale. He went right to his business and got the job done! He repaired a drain fitting that was leaking, and my unit required an extra pound of refrigerant, so I had to pay an extra $65. I thought that was very fair considering what others in the industry are currently charging for the R22 refrigerant! I would highly recommend Ductworks to anyone in need of HVAC servicing!

It went well. The only thing I thought was a bit lacking was education/guidance with the product.

I use DuctWorks twice a year, in the spring for my air conditioner and in the fall for my furnace, and have for several years. They are always prompt, charge what they say they will, have the correct size filters for my unit and make sure I am safe for another six months. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

There was a little schedule snafu due to the storms and power outage but their service recovery was excellent. Technitian was knowledgable and thorough. It was a great overall experience. We didn't feel pressured to do more than what was needed at this time. We called Ductworks for a second opionion and found that the other company incorrectly identified the problem. THe other company was doing a hard sell on replacing our entire furnace which clearly wasn't needed at the time. When we do replace our furnace, it will likely be with Ductworks. They are a small family owned business that we feel we can trust.

Completed the tune up. Told me the fan is loud and could be replaced. Gave me an approx price but never pressured me into anything.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it went really well. It was not that big of a deal because he did not check the belts or anything. It was not quite what I thought it would be. Basically all the technician did was to check for carbon monoxide leakage and check the filter. He made sure there was no rush in the heat exchanger. I might recommend them but not for this particular service because I have had more thorough inspections done. The price was okay.

I bought a big deal on angie's list to have my a/c tuned up for the summer season (and have it checked out as it was having issues last year). I bought the coupon and got a phone call the next day to schedule my appointment. It was scheduled for the following week. The repairman showed up promptly, checked out my a/c, replaced my filter, tuned up the a/c, put in a small amount of freon and pointed out an issue with a specific part on the a/c unit outside. He had the part in his van and installed it in short order. It's been working great ever since. I can't say enough good things about this experience.

I think it was a very good price and the quality of the service was very good. They came on time when they were supposed to. They were very good and very knowledgeable.

I love this company. I called yesterday with an A/C problem and Scott sent Mike out today. I have been using them for several years now and have referred them to some of my neighbors. Full of honesty and integrity. Mike did a great job explaining the repair. They are great to do business with. Highly recommend.

We have a ceiling air conditioning system and the blower is up in the attic. I covered our system under our utilities appliance maintenance and repair plan last fall and called to schedule the preventative maintenance. On the day of the apt - I found out that they aren't allowed to go up into attics. Would have been nice to know when I signed up! Went to Angies List and found DuctWorks. Saw all the excellent reviews and gave them a call. Was so pleased to find out they worked on attic systems. They got me scheduled right away and told me the cost was $89. Mike Benson arrived right on time. He was very friendly (liked my dogs too!) and got right to work. He was finished in under an hour. He let me know that our bathroom ceiling fan wasn't properly vented in the attic and explained what can happen. He also provided a very reasonable estimate for doing the work. I asked him for information on preventative maintenance plans and he gave me a copy of the maintenance agreement to review. I also asked him for an estimate on converting our air conditioner blower from AC to DC which he quickly worked up. I really appreciated that there were no high pressure sales tactics used. I would definitely recommend this company and will use their services again! Thanks Mike!

Everything went fine with them. He did not use any special type of chemicals for the cleaning. He just used the garden hose. He did add a refrigerant or the coolant which a service professional has to do. You cannot do that yourself. He kind of informed me that the fan was not working, and he wanted me to purchase a replacement. When I advised that I pay for Center Point service plan, he said that was fine and that they could do it. Then, when he assembled everything back together again, it just simply worked which was kind of strange, but I did not end up paying anything extra. The technician was very friendly. Like, he was very nice. The service was not performed until two weeks ago.

I could not have been more pleased with the service, courtesy, thoroughness and honesty of the technician. I will use the company again and would recommend them without reservation.

Mike did a great job. Showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part to fix it with him. He also gave me good advice on how to avoid this problem and others going forward. Very professional. I would definitely call them again if I have problems.

They were very good. I don't think we eventually used them because they were more expensive in the long run. I think we had to buy a new furnace. I think we used Angie's List to find a few different people to get quotes from and we ended up using somebody else because it was just a little cheaper. They were on time. They were polite. They were knowledgeable. They did a great job. I don't have anything bad to say about them. They weren't the cheapest with the furnace. They were in the ballpark. They were very good.
