The A/C guy was right on time. They made an appointment at 8:00 AM and my door bell rung at 8:00 AM. He was very nice explained who he was and what he needed to check. He took his shoes off entering in my home and pet my dog. I explained we just purchased our house and I would like him to check the A/C unit and furnance to make sure it's working properly (our house hadn't been lived in, in a few years). I showed him where our furance was and left him do his thing. He came back upstairs and explained he was going to go outside and check the acutal unit outside. He did so, and when he came back in he again took his shoes off and explained that our unit runs a little loud, but the loudness had nothing to do with it funcitioning. He said if we'd like we could use a synthitic oil to make it run quieter but it wasn't needed to make it run. I told him we would pass on the oil and he was fine with that. He explained everything again and said if we needed anything else don't hesitate to call. I would definately use them again. The only negative is that I called 3x before I was able to reach anyone at their office, but the service guy made up for it!

Arrived on time and were friendly. Completed the job to my satisfaction.

The services provided to me by DuctWorks Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC were fine. They came and did a fine job.

It turned out okay. They told me I needed a new furnace and air conditioner which they always do. I feel like sometimes just because it's old they want us to replace it!

Purchased the online deal for AC tune-up. No trouble getting scheduled although we had an immediate extreme heat wave and owner called to ask he could reschedule me from Friday to Monday since my AC was working and some people were completely out. I did not mind because I would have liked that kind of help if my system was out. Technician came promptly. Very professional and friendly and I have been happy with the results. Used this company for furnace tune-up in fall and was similarly pleased.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. We were completely happy with them. They were very good.

Our AC broke down in the middle of the hottest week in the summer. After waiting one full week for Centrepoint to show up to confirm that it was broken, we decided to replace both the AC and the Furnace which were both 40 years old. We collected quotations from 5 vendors including Pronto, Ductworks and Centerpoint. The salesman from Ductworks was, by far, the most knowledgable about the products available, and actually pointed out where 2 other vendors has made fundamental mistakes in their bids. (i.e. units for the zones were not wireless as they has promised, etc). The bid from Ductworks had the best equipment, and was the least expensive when you compared apples to apples. The installation was fantastic. Although it took 2 days, it was understandable because the old units were so big, they had to cut them up to get them out of the house. From my standpoint, the installers were clean, putdown drop clothes, wore booties or took off their shoes. They kept me informed throughout the day and cleaned everything up on their way out. Very, very nice experience.

The technician arrived promptly as scheduled. Went immediately to work inspecting the air conditioner. Informed me that everything was fine and that no further service was needed. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went well. The guy was very friendly and nice. They were behind a couple of hours so that was a little bit frustrating but all in all I think they did a good job. I think the tech was very good and he gave us some recommendations for some things we might want to consider having done only to make things better. It wasn't anything he was going to do that day or was trying to oversell us or anything.

I have been very impressed with the team at DuctWorks. We first used them for a routine AC tuneup, via an Angie's List deal. Then we had them come back to look at some water pooling in our basement. First, it was part of a faulty system they identiefied on their first visit. I know I should of replaced it then but this shows they really know what they are doing. Scheduling was a breeze for both visits. Someone answered the phone and was both freindy and accomodating to various scheduling needs. Brad, our tech for both visits, was a little bit early for both visits. He was professional and explained things in a way I could understand. The work done, although it was today, appears to be of very good quality. I would recommend DuctWorks as a great team.

Besides me feeling dumb, it went great. I failed to check my circuit breaker box and sure enough a tripped circuit breaker was the culprit. Mike however, did not make me feel dumb and was very professional and nice throughout. He first looked at the outside unit to see if anything was messed up, and then went inside to check the circuit breaker box. After resetting the circuit breaker he turned on the AC and we went to check the outside unit again to make sure everything looked alright. Mike also advised me about my AC unit in general and pointed out how old it is (it was made in 1987). He gave me an estimate for how much a new one would cost along with installation, but at no point attempted to make a hard sale or persuade me in any way. It really felt like he was looking out for me and my best interest throughout the transaction. All in all it was a great experience in which I had to laugh at myself for failing to check the most simple solutions before going for outside help. When I do end up having an actual issue with my AC, or when I decide to upgrade to a model made in this millennium, I will most definitely go with DuctWorks and will ask specifically for Mike.

My husband was husband was here when they did the work but nothing really stood out.

great, he didn't try to sell us anything. the system is 10 years old and we thought by now it would need service but he was honest and told us it was just fine.

A/C Unit was serviced, coolant was added. Technician was thorough and professional.
