There was a mouse nest in the unit that he removed for me, and checked for wire damage (there was none). He recharged the freon. The only charge beyond the Angie's List Big Deal was for freon.

We thought they would clean all the passageways from the furnace, but that was extra from the big deal, so kinda disappointed. What they did was good

They arrived on time, cleaned out the until, and told us about any issues they identified.

It went great. He was on time, did a thorough job, and he answered all my questions. I'd definitely use them again.

We bought an Angie's List deal to clean ducts from another company. For some reason, we were notified that DuctWorks was taking over the deal as the other provider was unable to fulfill it. We were VERY happy with DuctWorks. In fact, thrilled that they are the ones to have taken over. They put in our furnace/ac a couple years ago and so while they were here cleaning the ducts, I asked them to look at the thermostat. We had trouble setting it properly. The technician discovered that there was a problem with it and he ordered a new one for us.

My experience with this company was great!! From the owner calling to answer a question I had to the work itself, everything went well. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

He did all the necessary work to my furnace to ensure that it will work this winter. It was the same service rep that tuned up my air conditioner this spring. Both jobs were done quickly and professionally. The price was reasonable. I am very pleased with this company.

It was okay. It wasn't exceptional and it wasn't bad. I really don't know for the pricing it should be and for the deal if it was exceptional. I've seen another prices on Angie's List site and their prices doesn't seem like a deal. I would not use them again because of their pricing.

Very good experience overall. Had used a deal from Angie's List for A/C servicing as my system was not cooling properly. The technician was on-time, very professional, and using good technology / equipment for diagnosis of the system. Found that the coolant pressure was very low. Asked for charge of coolant - technician took the time to pressurize the system with Nitrogen first to ensure that the coolant would not simply leak out quickly again after the charge. Found that the system had a leak (not unexpected) and that it was in a place where it could not be repaired. Had a fair priced option for new system and was quoted on the spot which was very nice. Had a few issues getting in touch with main office to schedule installation, but worked out in the end and they accommodated a very fast installation date (was 4 days after technician was at the house for the original service. They credited the service call charge to the new system since the service couldn't be performed. Would definitely recommend them.

Work was performed timely. Lots more spent than anticipated based on company's recommendation. After work was completed, air conditioning unit would not turn on when the weather warmed up. Turns out the company never reconnected the outside power supply to the unit after replacing the part. I discovered the problem myself and reconnected. When I called the company to tell them about it, they just said "yeah, sometimes they forget to do that", which I thought was an underwhelming response.

Well done. It turns out there were no problems that needed fixing, but he took time to explain what might be done to improve cooling in the house.

Mike arrived earlier than scheduled, which was fine with me as I had other appointments scheduled during the day. He was friendly and got to work right away. Mike performed a tune up on the furnace, which is 9 1/2 years old. He said it was in good working order and should last another 10 years. He made some 'tweaks' to the furnace and replaced the air filter (I had a spare one). He then went and inspected the air conditioning unit outside. It was slightly low on R22 refrigerant (and then added some), but was in good working order. Mike was friendly, informative and effective. I will use DuctWorks again for maintenance, repairs and replacement (for when the day comes for that) of our furnace and air conditioning units!

We had a major breakdown of the evaporation tray and motor along with the tube that sends the the condensation water to the drain. When we first noticed the problem water was being ejected all over the basement floor. We were able to stop the flow temporarily. We then called Duct Works Heating and Air Conditioning because we had used them before for a fall Furnace and Air conditioning tune up in 2012. The receptionist spoke to one of the workers (Mike Benson) and he arrived at our house early the next morning. Mike analyzed the problem and as luck would have it had a replacement pump and tubing in his van. The problem was corrected in a timely manner. We would highly recommend duct Works Heating and Air Conditioning for all your needs.

We were extremely pleased with DuctWorks Heating & Air Conditioning. On April, when I bought on the big deal, I put on there dates that we're available and I never heard from anybody. I kind of for got about it then in May I realized and I called them and they apologized. I don't even think they realized that I had given dates. They apologized, made an appointment, came out, installed it and explained everything. They were neat and clean. It was wonderful. We did not have to pay anything extra, everything was included on the big deal. I think it was a very competitive price. They did a great job and they were on time.

Brad did a very thorough inspection (I was with him) and he answered my questions and gave me tips about maintenance, got our vents aligned for the best airflow, etc. He was very honest, did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed (like some other HVAC vendors I've used in the past) and really knew what he was doing. I could not be more pleased with his service and I will call them next spring to come out again.

I called and left a message early on one of the hottest Sundays of the year. Jenn called me back within 15 minutes and committed Brad to come out around noon. He was there by 11:30AM and had the unit repaired and working by noon. Diagnosis and repair weren't the cheapest, but given the quick response and the expected temps in the 90's, I thought it was money well spent.

We were so pleased that they were honest with us about price up front. They scheduled the service quickly and gave us an appointment time, not a window, which was wonderful. The tech arrived early, but stressed that if I was unable to meet him early he had no problem waiting until the scheduled time. We were more than happy to have him come early as he brought us much relief in a hot summer. Thank you guys so much!

I used them through a big deal on Angie’s List and my experience with them went fine. It was the first time that I was using them and the guy who did the work was really friendly as well as really helpful. It was fairly easy scheduling them to come out.

We did get our air conditioner like checked and tuned up or whatever by DuctWorks Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC. That was a bit longer back, I don't remember any problems with it, I think it was fine. I don’t recall any additional charges, you know, there might have been a fee on disposals but I don't recall any surprises with that. I just remember that, that seemed to go fine.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it went fine. I wasn't there when they came out, but my husband was here. He was very happy with it.
