Ductworks installed a new furnace for us in the past, and they did a great job and are a company we trust. Theonly complaint we had was that we were initially informed that the service call/big deal visit included a furnace filter, but when they arrived we were told that the free filter was only offered when the filter needed was a 30 day , 1 inch filter. Our furnace has a larger, more expensive filter. The technician sold us a new filter for cheaper than we would have been able to buy it in a store, so it all worked out, but it would have been extra awesome if it was included. Overall great experience, and we will use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They called us right away and were out within a week. Everything went fine. I was not there, but my husband was happy with them. He said the guy gave him a lot of tips and also was nice enough to turn on the gas on our gas fireplace without charging us. We are happy.

We had a humidifier he was able fix, did not need new one.

They were on time, polite and professional. I felt their work was excellent and honest. The y also provide some good advice for replacing the system in the future.

Mike Benson from Ductworks provided excellent service. Mike felt that repair of my current humidifier was the best option. He replaced the solenoid valve, checked the humidifier's operation and gave me information about maintaining my humidifier.

From scheduling the appointment through completion of work order, DuctWorks was friendly, prompt, and thorough in all of their tasks. We mostly appreciate how the service provider was very honest and demonstrated he had out best interest in mind when consulting us on the estimate and purchase of a new furnace. Although we ended up with a different furnace installation provider, DuctWorks certainly knows the industry and practice, and will definitely be a future reference contact for any heating and air conditioning needs.

Called company to discuss adding some freon to my AC. They were very friendly and helpful answering my questions about the cost of freon and labor. I saw the deal on Angie's list and decided to use it. They called me to schedule an appointment and were able to schedule me quickly. On day of appointment, technician sent an email notifying me he was on his way and arrived exactly on time. I explained how a previous AC inspection on my almost 20 year old AC had found my unit low on freon. He quickly inspected the unit and verified it was a bit low. Technician was great at explaining everything he was doing. He answered all my questions. He added some freon to the unit. He mentioned that the unit is functional but that I should watch if it loses more freon. With the AC being so old, he discussed how the cost of servicing the old one versus getting a new unit needs to be compared if I experience problems with my old AC. I appreciated his honest feedback and would definitely use them again for service.

Came in on time, did a full evaluation and cleaning of the furnace & AC. Even discussed long term maintenance to make sure it lasted as long as possible.

They scheduled at a convenient time for me and arrived promptly. The work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Angie's List deal was for $69, and I paid and additional $39 for the humidifier pad and service. I used a different company last year and paid $250 for the same work.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment to have a full AC inspection for the Big Deal. I had just moved into the house a couple of months prior, and the inspection before the sale did recommend geting the furnance and AC inspected. Both units were pretty old and I knew I would probably have to replace both soon. The service man was right on time, very polite, and did a very thorough inspection of the AC. It is over 20 years so I was expecting to be advised to replace. But the service man noted the age, but the unit was running fine so unless I noted problems over the summer, told me I didn't need to have it replaced immediately. I went ahead and scheduled an estimate for both furnance and AC. Very knowledgable and polite. Explained all my options and pricing. Was very helpful and I like that there was not a hard sell for any particular furnace or AC. Pricing was not the cheapest estimate but very resasonable. Both the furnace and AC still working fine so not ready to purchase new. But pretty sure I will use these guys when I am ready.

We had no heat in the winter--this was off hours, so part of the price includes overtime hours. They were prompt helpful, and got the job done quickly.

It went very well. He was on time (early actually). He was VERY good at explaining what was being done and why. Since our furnance is 17 years old, he gave me good information on the need for yearly inspection going forward. He also answered a lot of my questions regarding new furnances, what to look for, potential cost, good brands of carbon monoxide detectors (since our's is due to be replaced) and questions I had about air conditioners. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" for a furnace tune-up, cleaning, and safety inspection through DuctWorks Heating and Air Conditioning. We previously had them install a whole-house humidifier and were really pleased with their work. They arrived on-time, were extremely professional, and courteous. He cleaned/tuned-up the furnace and provided me with a hard-copy of the inspection. We had no issues with the furnace, so no follow-up work was needed. He also emailed me a copy of the inspection. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" for DuctWorks Heating and AC to install a whole-house humidifier. They arrived on-time, explained what he would be doing, and got right to work. He was extremely professional and courteous. My two toddlers were running around the basement playing right outside of our furnace room and he was very friendly and willing to work around them. After the installation was complete, he talked me through how to run the humidifier and left me literature to review. I would absolutely use them again and ended up purchasing a second "Big Deal" for another service through this provider.

This is a great deal for me. I got a whole house humidifier for $349. Thanks to the Big Deal from Angie's list. People in DuctWorks Heating & Air Conditioning are very kind and professional. 1. They helped me to schedule an appointment at my convenience. 2. The professional from DuctWorks Heating & Air Conditioning arrived on time on the appointment day. 3. He installed the humidifier, and left no mess in my house. 4. He provided very helpful tips on the humidifier before he left.

He arrived early, was very nice, explained everything to my husband and left. He seemed honest, professional and worth another call when we need help on the ac or heater.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. This was the first time that we used them. We haven't had any issues since the check up. They did what they were supposed to do, and they were here when they were supposed to be.
