The tech that came over did the checkout but what was helpful was he trouble shot my humidifier wiring and was successful in getting it working which saved me a service call. they hire very knowledgeable techs.

Excellent! Tim was very honest with what needed to be done...both now and in the short-term and longer-term future. He made a small repair now that should help the furnace operate more efficiently, and made a few additional suggestions. I would definitely use them again!

Duct Works did a great job for a reasonable price.

Patrick was great. Came over on a Saturday, very friendly and clearly explained and showed us everything that he found. Furnace ultimately needed to be replaced. Rodney was able to come over on a Sunday to give us the estimate and we had a new furnace installed by Tuesday. Very professional team, would definitely hire again.

I was quoted the Angies List rate for a tune-up, which was a great price. Gentleman came out and he was on time and had great information for me until he was done doing the tune up and came upstairs with a Capacitor in his hand, saying mine needed to be changed, and it would cost about $200.00. Myself not knowing a thing about a capacitor or a furnace said ok. It took him under 10 minutes to replace the capacitor and clean up. I felt so taken advantage of, as I thought a $200 quote would have been something more in depth or harder to change. After he left I looked up the part and it was a $4.00 part. I also called my boyfriend to let him know after and he said he just changed it 3 years ago and it should not have needed changed. I still to this day feel this company tried to take advantage of me charging me $200 for a part that is $4.00 and a 6 minute job.. My boyfriend called the company to discuss and nobody called him back.

I have used them for both furnace inspection and duct cleaning. Very responsive and priced well.

job was done in an hour and everything was cleaned up.I had a kitchen remodeled so there was a lot of debris in my ducts. I upgraded to the brush cleaning and the dryer vent cleaning. I think with the add- ons I could have gotten a better deal with some other companies who offered free dryer vent cleaning with roto-brush cleaning.

The unit was installed a year ago and there is already something wrong with the fan. They won't stand behind the warrantee because it's been a year.

I didn't have any idea what expect about the cost, relying on their Angie's List score and not seeking a second opinion. So, I am unsure about the cost. The technician was very knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing along the way, and personable. I was pleased with the experience and am having them complete additional work for me.

They showed epic patience with our constant rescheduling due to the contractor who was supposed to be laying the concrete floor in our basement delaying from mid-November until the week of Christmas. We were worried given our other contractor experience, but Ductworks came the day they said they would, with the workers they said they would, finished the overall job on time and on budget, and our furnace worked great all winter. They were even conscientious about reusing the existing vents in our house so that the character of our home would be preserved even with new ductwork. A real joy to work with!
