I usually have no problem giving this company straight As. However, this time when we asked the technician to replace the drainage tube which looked and smelled moldy, he said it wasn't necessary because the black stuff in the tube was just "residue". When we insisted (fully expecting to pay extra) he did it -- and the moldy smell my basement had acquired was gone (along with the "residue"). Just a little blip in an otherwise good record, so I would use them again.

It went extremely well, the tech was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I had surgery two weeks before they came out. When I called for service and mentioned the surgery, they were here in two hours. FANTASTIC SERVICE!

I wasn't impressed enough to use them again. They didn't really wind up completely addressing the issue with the air conditioning. I had another company come out and do an inspection later. The other company finally did it. They did it better than previous companies but they didn't really find the entire problem. They checked out whether the air conditioning was working properly. Then they tried to adjust the freon level and never got it correct. The big deal was a good price.

Mike the technician arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the work he'd be doing. Found AC in working order just needing the condenser cleaned. He found the eyelets on the heat exchanger cracked and showed them to me. He explained the risks of this condition and recommended not using the furnace. Given the age of the HVAC system we decided to replace it with a new more efficient system. He arranged an appointment with Jared to help us select a new sytem which we purchased in September.

They were quick, efficient and priced right.

It went very well. They were thorough, gave us information on problems they were starting to see emerge (such as heat stress, as our furnace is 16 years old), but told us we could probably go a few more years with this furnace before we would have to replace it. Overall, it was exactly what we expected them to do, and they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. I would recommend them as a good company.

Installer was very professional and polite. He was on time and did the work quickly. I am satisfied with the work. I have seen ads for similar products at a lower cost, so I graded the price at a B.

The company did a good job of removing my old central house air conditioner and installing a new one. This included installing both the exterior unit (Condensing unit) as well as a new Indoor coil. However they failed to pull the proper building permit with the city and had no follow up with me after the initial installation.

Mike came early after calling to make sure someone would be home. He inspected the furnace, cleaned out some of the drain pipes and inspected and adjusted the motor. He determined that the motor should last another few years, but we should be prepared to replace either the motor or the entire furnace.

The experience was wonderful. Our furnace broke on the coldest day in the winter and they came to our house right away within an hour or two. They fixed the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable and they were very professional. Everything was included in the cost of the service as well.

At the beginning of February, our furnace stopped blowing warm air. We found DuctWorks through Angie's List and they were definitely willing to come out that day and check it out. Mike from Ductworks fixed the issue and reminded us of the age of the furnace, which we were well aware of. Two weeks later, the blower went out on the furnace. Again, Ductworks worked us into the schedule for that day and with no pressure or hard sale from Mike, we decided it was time to replace the entire furnace rather than just parts. Mike explained our options in clear detail, discussed pros and cons and was candid about the possible benefits and drawbacks of each model. We chose a model and the quoted price was just that: the price. No 'plus installation,' 'plus tax,' or 'plus service fees' came later, which is appreciated when you're dealing with an expense that you haven't budgeted for. Two days later the installers showed up hours early. This might be irritating to some, but on the coldest day of the winter when you don't have heat it was a welcome surprise. The two installers were professional, worked quickly and kept the area clean, respecting the property the entire time. Installation was speedy! When finished, they vacuumed the living area to the furnace and spent time discussing service options and showing me the operation of the furnace. I can see why Ductworks is so highly rated on Angie's List. They were great to work with from the first phone call all the way through to the end of the installation.

They were terrific. At the beginning of polar vortex 2014, we arrived home on Sunday evening after a weekend away and the furnace had stopped working and it was 40 degrees. Ductworks had evaluated the furnace earlier in the year and told us that it was working properly; and may work for a while longer. Nobody predicted the polar vortex. It was too much for our 30-y-o furnace. We called several companies, but nobody (including Ductworks) said they could get out to us before Tuesday. But the folks from Ductworks brought us a couple of space heaters, and said they would get to us as soon as they could. The next morning, Monday, they showed up, and we had heat by 1pm. It was wonderful. Later on, we realized that our new powerful furnace was very noisily rattling something in the ducts, and they came out and fixed it for free.

Did an impeccable job, great serve and explained in detail about the product that was installed.

It went pretty well. The installer was a nice guy, he covered his boots at the door.Kept us informed on his progress. He also clearly explained how the system works and how to maintain it. We got an Angies List deal that I thought was a reasonable price and for a name brand product.

The process went fine. He was there about an hour. He was pleasant and courteous and cleaned everything up when he was finished. He showed me how to clean the furnace humidifier and which way the duct should vent for winter. I would definitely use the company again.
