The service provider was on time and made the repair in a prompt and professional manner. The tech also took the time to explain the problem and made recommendations on what would need to do to avoid future problems.

They did good work and we were overall satisfied. They helped us see that the unit was pretty old and that we needed to replace it. We would call them again if needed.

I looked them up in Angie's List and I thought the had a good rating so I just used them. It's a reasonable price for a weekend which I thought it would be more than it was. They were real prompt and they cleaned up. I was really happy with them.

Rhod was extremely thorough and professional. Not only did he answer my 1000 questions, but he also took the time to calculate many different combinations of systems--more than most people probably want to know about, but I was looking for lots of details. He wasn't pushy, and his approach really felt like I had someone I knew who worked in HVAC that was helping me make a well reasoned decision.

Mike was extremely professional and informative. We had previously received a recommendation from another heating company that involved getting the blower wheel replaced for several hundred dollars. Mike rechecked the furnace and gave us his recommendation. He also went through the house and checked the air flow and furnace temperature. He was patient in explaining what he was doing and what he found so that I could then communicate it to my spouse.

I had a few companies come out to quote AC and Humidifier installation for my house. Rhod from DuctWorks was the first one to come out, and right away I felt comfortable with him because he looked at everything from inside to outside. He spent a lot of time explaining everything he needed to tell me and answering questions that I had. He took the time to measure the rooms in my house and the windows to ensure I was getting the correct sized unit. I had some smaller ducts in the basement by the furnace and he explained why they should be bigger and how they could fix the problem. I had one other company come out, and the guy was here for about 6 minutes. He already knew what he was going to sell me and didn't even need to see the basement or outside. He also kept forgetting that I wanted a humidifier. And, they were about $200 more than DuctWorks. Needless to say, Rhod impressed me far more than the other company. On the day of the installation, Josh and Brian (and one other guy that I didn't get to meet) came out on time and got to work right away. They gave me the duct work that I needed, the AC, and the humidifier. They cleaned up when they were done, and everything looks very nice and professionally done. After that, Josh went around and explained everything about the new units that were installed, including a new furnace filter location that is a pull out drawer with a bigger filter. That will save me money during the winter because I only need one filter per season. Thanks, DuctWorks for a job well done!!! When we were told our furnace was on it's last legs, I did a thorough search and talked to four different companies. Of all the companies, Ductworks were very responsive and professional. In addition, they were very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

The service was fine. They vacuumed the exterior of the AC unit; they also sprayed a cleaner on it near the venting. I felt they went beyond to give us a little more service.

In August we moved into a house with boiler heat and were curious how much it would cost to install a central air system. I called Ductworks and was immediately connected with Jared, who was very helpful explaining some of the common options and the range of prices that we could expect. Fast forward - six months - we received bids from three contractors to install AC in our new (old) house. Ductworks was among the least expensive and their estimator, Rhod, was very helpful and made us feel comfortable about our decision to hire Ductworks. Installation went smoothly. They spent two days at our house to install four heads, the outdoor unit, and electrical. The installers went over everything with us prior to installation and some minor modifications were made to the original plans. They installed the condenser unit and two of the indoor units on the first day and installed the remaining two indoor units on the second day. Their electrician performed his work at the same time and also installed a new sub-panel as a part of the work. The Mitsubishi units look OK and we have been pleased with the heat that they provide. I am hopeful that they will work equally well for AC this summer. Ductworks did heavily promote the mini-split (ductless) systems, but ultimately, we decided that was the right decision for us, so we were not concerned with their preference for the mini-splits. Update 2016: After two summers, I can firmly say that I love these mini-splits. The AC is more powerful than the central (forced) air unit that I had at my old house. In addition, they offer independent thermostats and the ability to be used as heaters - a feature that proved very useful when our furnace was out of order for a few days. I really feel that Ductworks steered us in the right direction for our house and it was much less expensive than the other options - both in terms of initial and operating costs.

The service was fine. Everything was straight forward. They arrived on time, walked through what they were going to do and completed the service.

Humidifier is attached to the duct work coming out of the furnace. Had to turn the humidifier down very low because it was putting to much moister into the air. Other than that, it was frosting windows but overall I am very satisfied.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. They were very responsive, nice, did the job quickly and it was easy to schedule with them.

The technician arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and tune up of my vintage 60's furnace. He also spent a lot of time talking to me about the various options of replacing the furnace and duct work at a later date. Very happy with the service and extra time spent talking with me about future options.
