The technician was prompt and did a great job diagnosing the issues. We've since used DuctWorks for other work on our furnace and would use them again in the future. They are great people to work with!

Did a good job, no pressure to buy secondary services. Simply did the job as requested. Other service providers are low balling the price to get into the house to sell things secondary to the job at hand, be wary! Duct Works does not do that. I have used them numerous times and have always been happy with their work.

I's hard to find service providers who work on drop ceiling AC systems. We were so pleased to find Ductworks. They are thorough and explain everything they do and what they find. They don't have you do anything that doesn't need to be done. We've had them service our boiler too. The guys who come to the house are knowledgable and pleasant too! We just moved and will definitely use them at our new house.

Ductworks took on a risky job installing split air conditioning in my 1890's condo that most other service providers snubbed. They were punctual, courteous, and completed the job as promised and on time. Communicating with Rhod was a pleasure.

They did an excellent job. I was able to make an appointment right away, and the gentleman was very considerate upon arrival. He did a complete look over and confirmed that we indeed had a pan leak which basically means new coil which means you might as well replace the entire system. That said, he did absolutely no selling. He stuck to what we asked him to do which was tell us what was wrong. When WE broached the question of replacement, he said he would be happy to set up an appointment with Rhod who could go over options and if we decided to use them, the cost of the service call would be put towards the new unit. Very Clear. Very professional, and we decided to have them replace our system for us. I will review that upon completion.

Duct Works had the lowest bid of the three companies we had bid on the project, and they did good work and got things done on time. We asked for the 96% efficient furnace, and they helped us out with all of the paperwork to get a rebate from the gas company that is available for that type of furnace. They did install the vent wrong- which the inspector from the city caught- but they came back out and fixed it at no extra charge. I was happy with how everything went.

It was one of the specials through Angie's List. I'd rate them an A.

He arrived early and got right to work. He cleaned the inside and outside unit and gave suggestions for how to keep it running well. He seems very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable.

My initial consultation was very pleasant. Rhod showed up at my house on time and was extremely helpful going through all the options for replacing my existing central AC and furnace as well as the installation of the new bathroom fan. He provided me a lot of information on the energy efficiency savings for the new system. The installation went very smoothly. The installers showed up on time and were very professional and courteous towards me. They completed the work within the estimated time frame and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. They also provided me all the completed energy rebate forms all ready to be mailed when the work was over! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done.

I called because my furnace stopped working. Brad came and did a great job, finding and fixing the cause of the problem, as well as another problem caused by a wrong part used in previous maintenance. (I had just moved into the house a few months earlier.) Ductworks did some work at the house I sold last year and did excellent work. I was very pleased with everyone I dealt with at the company and would definitely recommend them.

The I nitial project was textbook perfect and no issues at all. This recent work was no different. Ductwork came out right away and not only fixed the connection but also noted an issue with our thermostat that they helped us fix. Their communication is always great and they are very professional and helpful.

We wanted to ensure the air conditioner was in working order. The technician checked the outside first and then the inside. He found no problems with the unit. It was a basic tune-up and everything went just fine.

My experience was okay. I had no issues with scheduling the appointment. There was one person here doing the work.

I wasn't happy with them -- to my knowledge they didn't fix what they said they'd fix. They said that they'd come back and fix the exhaust pipe but never did. They didn't follow through - they only did the required check but didn't fix the issue they promised to fix. The new owners now have the same issue of the furnace clogging and shutting down. I was pretty irked with them.

The A/C was fine and in good working condition. Nothing could be done about the ductwork.

Upfront and honest with what I needed and made sure I knew what the value was of the different products they offered. Decided to go with the 96% efficient model and AC. Of the 3 quotes for the same equipment, DuctWorks was the most reasonable with the best warrenty and 25 months no interest financing. Scheduled the replacement for a week out. They arrived when promised and started the work after a couple of questions on placement of the AC and where to run the exhaust lines. Gave them a B in Punctuality because the furnace installers were done an hour before the electrician was able to show because he was stuck on another job. Replacement was still completed in one day. All around good experience. They were interested in my business but didn't push too hard to win my business unlike one of the other companies I received a bid from who instantly started in on spam emails.

We have a 3-level townhome, so conventional, manually-filled humidifiers were very insufficient and it was difficult to keep the heavy containers filled. When I saw this amazing deal on Angie's List for a whole-home automatic humidifier - including professional installation - I snatched it up! DuctWorks scheduled the installation promptly and the installer arrived on time and worked very quickly. Before he left, he gave me a quick tutorial in using the humidifier and setting it for different seasons. We've used it now for part of two winters, and we are very happy with ourdecision to get a whole-home humifiier and to buy it from DuctWorks through Angie's List. We will gladly use DuctWorks again when we need other HVAC services for our home.

I guess they were great. I would use them again in the future.
