Sean Moore has modernized the living areas in three condo projects, designing and altering dramatically all the spacial planning as well as kitchens and bathrooms, and input in the design of the electrical, plumbing and HVAC layout. In addition, he suggested and professionally coordinated ordering updated lighting fixtures, wall coverings, tiling, hardware, carpeting, furniture and accessories. He provided expertise in all paint color, woodwork, flooring and cabinetry. Sean has a wonderful ability to listen and incorporate our wants and needs, along with imaginative suggestions, into the finished design. His ?talented listening? techniques allowed him to adjust costs to reflect our priorities. He worked extremely well with contractors, which is a rare and welcome quality in his field, and in addition kept our projects costs reasonable and completion times on schedule. His communication skills are outstanding, allowing those same contractors to also be creative in producing a superbly finished design. Sean professionally returns calls promptly and he kept us well informed as the process unfolded. His firm uses computer graphics, and the latest technology to enhance the overall ease in which selections are made and shared and kept us from being overwhelmed. His optimistic and energetic personality makes the journey through remodeling absolutely fun, enjoyable and the finished designs have been spectacular.
