+ 1 moreWe had a contractor take our money and walk out on us. Jim was installing our roof at the time and stepped up and performed the needed work on the siding in a very timely manner. He lives very far away and did our house in his spare time as a favor. He was professional, friendly and reasonable. I'd recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Replaced siding and installed gutters.

+ -1 moreI believe Jim is a very honest person, so I will recommend him highly to everybody.
Description of Work: My roof was leaking. And I got 4 estimates, and his was the lowest bid which was $800. Actually Jim came out 2 times to stop the leaks by just plugging some of the wholes that he found on the roof which he was going to charge me $50 service charge. But When the leak did not stop he did not take the service charges, and just charged me $800 for the fix.

+ -1 moreGREAT SERVICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. MOST COMPANIES MAKE THE INTERACTION BETWEEN THEM AND A CUSTOMER ADVERSARIAL; ESPECIALLY IF THEY AREN'T GOING TO RECEIVE MONEY. JIM KOSLOSKI EXTERIORS IS AN EXCEPTION TO THIS.
Description of Work: I CALLED JIM KOSLOSKI EXTERIORS TO CHECK A LEAKING ROOF. JIM CONFIRMED THAT MY ROOF WAS OK, BUT THE LEAD RING ON THE PLUMBING STACK COVER WASN'T SEATED PROPERLY. HE CLIMBED DOWN FROM MY SNOW COVERED ROOF AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE DID AND HOW TO ADJUST IT MYSELF IF IT HAPPENED AGAIN. HE CLIMBED BACK ON THE ROOF AND CORRECTLY FITTED THE COVER BACK ON THE PIPE. NO CHARGE FOR THE SERVICE.
