+ 3 moreThey are wonderful people. We ended up being good friends. They do wonderful work and are very professional. They are highly skilled in their trade. He milled the boards himself and then put them in. This time we saw him was for the book cases.
Description of Work: They put in wood floors in our home. They did tile work. He built book cases. He put our deck on.

+ -1 moreWe wish we'd found Dave earlier in the building process. We would have had him take care of the trim and other carpentry as well as doing all the floors. We can't say enough good things about this man's work ethic. He does the work of two people, but he does it better than any other two people we've met. He made the solid oak flooring for our home, installed it, and finished it. He also laid the tile in our entryway, mud room, and two bathrooms (including a marble & slate shower stall.) After the house was "completed", we brought Dave back to help us work on the walkout level. He is the only person we've rehired.
Description of Work: Dave installed the floors throughout our new home. He also made the oak flooring he installed, since he does millwork. This is the handiest man we met during the construction of our new home. Everything he did for us was beautifully done, done on schedule, done for the price quoted, and something we can point to with pride. Of all the subs hired to do work on the house, Dave got our highest marks. (Some other workers fell FAR below in the rankings, and we ordered our builder to never bring some of the people back.) After the primary building was completed, we hired Dave to come back and help us finish other projects. If he says he can do it, he can do it and will do it well.
