The project went very well.

The TV satellite people (they shall remain unnamed...) came and replaced my satellite dish. The decided to leave the old dish at the top of a high roof pitch on my house and put a new dish beautifully hanging off the front of my garage in very plain site. I called the dish people back and had them move it to the back of the garage, but they refused to go and get the old dish they lazily left at the top of my house. I had Select Evergreen do my roof earlier this summer, so I called Joe. He came out and removed the littered old dish that was left on my roof. Thank you Joe!!! Love the continued customer service!!

After a significant hail storm in our neighborhood, Evergreen came out, per my request, to evaluate possible hail damage to our roof...they were on time for their appointment and very thorugh in their inspection and evaluation of the roof...the rest was even easier...Evergreen made contact with our insurance company and arranged for an inspection with the insurance company's appraiser...with Evergreen's experience they were able to show the insurance company the damage that was done by the hail storm and work with them to come to an equitable and fair resolution for the claim due to the damage to our roof. Evergreen performed the work on our house...only one day was needed for them to work and they completed the entire project wtihin 1 day. Cleanup was amazing..when I I arived home from work that evening I couldn't believe that they had completed the work so fast, and as they had and quot;promised.and quot; I would highly recommend Select Evergreen Construction to anyone considering roof replacement! Needless to say, many roofs in our neighborhood needed replacement, and many companies contacted me and my neighbors for the opportunity to replace their roof. It was my good fortune to have selected Select evergreen Construction. And, the reason I did was because of the 'low key' approach taken by Joe Hahs, Owner of Select Evergreen...HJoe's approach to doing business is unique...he is all about 'naking the customer happy.' So...if you are in need of any roof repairs/replacement, I would highly recommend Joe Hahs and SELECT EVERGREEN CONSTRUCTION...hopefully, we will not 'need' to use Joe and his team again for quite a while...but, given the great work that they do, and the 'fair' price that they charge, we will be contacting them soon for other repair and/or remodeling projects we may have, in the near future... I was referred to this company by a neighbor who had used them for their roof replacement. I have a normal asphalt roof plus a garage with a flat roof. We talked at length about the flat roof and the drainage system and the heating coils. Jim seemed very knowledgeable about roofing and roof repairs on flat roof tops. I received a reasonable bid (I had gotten others) and decided to go with Evergreen based on the references they provided, the knowledgeable staff, and my gut. I'm very happy with the work that was performed. The flat top roof looks great and I'm excited to actually watch snow melt and drain down the new drainage system this winter--call me crazy! I would definitely use these guys again!!

Everything went splendidly. I'm very happy with the work and so are my tenants.

Very poor professionalism and follow up. I have the impression that they take on too many jobs for their resources. We have been bounced around between several different employees - at least one of whom was fired somewhere in the process. Also repeatedly told things would be completed and quot;in two weeks.and quot; The owner even promised to take on our project at one point, and even he didn't get it completed. They began working with us in September 2012, and it is August 2013 right now. Our project is still not completed - although, we have been assured that it will be completed and quot;this week.and quot; I'll believe it when I see it. The employees have all been nice and courteous when you can get a hold of them, but none of them have met my expectations for communication or follow through.

I was referred to this company by my co-worker. I called up Joe and he met me later that week at my home to discuss what I wanted done. Upon Joe's inspection he recommended that I engage my insurance company as it appeared my roof had some hail damage. We then moved onto to discuss the windows that seemed to me leaking in some areas on one side of my house. He pointed out that it appeared the windows were flashed incorrectly and that the seals were broken. The next steps were that he was going to give me a window estimate and I was going to call my adjuster to show him the roof damage. I met with my adjuster about a week later and he agreed that their was damage to my roof and he emailed me an estimate for replacement. I contacted Joe to talk about the window estimate he emailed me and about replacing the roof. Meanwhile, I got a few more window estimates to compare with. Joe's was a solid front-runner and I liked the idea of going to one guy to do this work rather than have the headache of managing different companies. Joe was very helpful with color selection of the roof as the existing roof color/material had been discontinued. Once the roof color/material was selected (Owens Corning Duration - driftwood) and I chose the window (Marvin integrity) we set a date for the work to be done. The project was completed at the end of June in time for a 4th of July annual party I throw in my backyard. I couldn't be happier with the seamless experience I had.

They showed up early and worked hard all day. They stayed late to get the job done and cleaned up the area before they left. The roof looks great I feel like they did a good job.

Products, job performance, and quality were EXCELLENT. Lack of communication, responsiveness, and puncuality were HORRIBLE.

Select Evergreen is one of “those” kind of roofing companies - You know the type, the ones that come by and leave a business card if your door and when you ask them to check out your roof they, of course, say you need and entirely new roof. The type that I'd guess the Better Business Bureau isn't unfamiliar with. After receving the estimate from Select Evergreen saying that I needed an entirely new roof, I got a second opinion. The second company had an entirely different, and thankfully less expensive, opinion. After a quick repair, the area of my roof that I was concerned about had been taken care of. As he the guy from the second company was leaving, I asked if I needed a new roof. His answer was and quot;No, I wish!and quot; Stay far, far away from Select Evergreen Roofing. Due to my experience I recommend you don't trust them as far as you can throw them!

Select Evergreen Roofing did an excellent job. Even my husband was pleased (which is not easy to do.) They came early in the morning and began to remove the old roof. The job was completed in one day. They did an excellent job of searching for and removing nails from the ground. (We have a dog, so this was very important to us.) The roof looks great. There was a small problem with the satellite dish being re-installed on the roof. Select Evergreen just said we should have Direct TV come out and fix the dish. Select Evergreen would pay for the service call. This Direct TV service call was deducted from our bill, just like they said they would. So it really wasn't a problem after all. I hope we do not need a new roof for a long time, but if we do, I would not hesitate to contact Select Evergreen Roofing to do the job.

I worked in construction for over 30 years and I am very pleased and impressed with the craftsmanship and dedication that Select Evergreen provided throughout my entire re-roof experience. The crew also did exceptional work from start to finish. Joe did great work working with my insurance company to get me approved for a new roof. Joe and his staff also made the entire insurance process very simple and easy for me. I would and have recommended Select Evergreen to anyone looking for a new roof.

I was doing a remodel project during late fall and the designer/architect was extremely late with my plans delaying my project considerably. This dilemma forced me to work into the winter with framing of the exterior roof lines. Select Evergreen Construction worked exceptionally hard to schedule the most opportune time for the shingles as well as coordinating to my personal schedule so my house would not be exposed to the elements more than necessary. They also did beautiful work on the chimney flashing that was starting to look rather run down. Clean up, which from people I know, seems to be a major issue with most roofers. I was supremely impressed with how it was all cleaned up and the crew leader was very respectful to my wife's wishes in regards to special bushes we have tight to the house. With the snow being on the ground when they did the work I was worried that there would be a lot of buried debris once it melted - again, I was pleasantly surprised at the minimal amount of nails on the ground; and once the snow was entirely gone they came out again to make sure they got all the nails!

It went great! Evergreen crew was very prompt and finished the job in two days. Great attention to detail, they came back to do some fine touching. They told me that they took extra care in the cleanup because I've got a toddler. I appreciated them telling me this so I didn't have to worry. I would hire them for future jobs.

The upfront sales part they are good at - but not the follow-through. They damaged our siding, driveway, deck, satellite dish, the job was sloppier than I'd like and they never told us when people were going to be showing up at our door. It took 14 weeks to get it all resolved, many, many phone calls and 4 different people to come over and look at the same issues and ''get back to us'' (which they didn't). My husband calls them the ''ambulance chasers'' of roofing and that seems pretty accurate. In the end, we did reach a resolution, but it took far more time and effort on our part than should have ever been required. If I had it to do all over again, I would definitely not have hired them.
