It hasn't been 2 weeks yet and afraid the may need to come back out. It's not the work its just leaving in the country. Very pleasant to work with.

The guy came out the following day. He did a thorough job. Ensured that I change the way the pet food is stored so the mice don’t feel invited to get into it. This team (depending on what they find) offer a year warranty. This is one reason I went with them.

It was really good, they did a good job and answered all my questions.

One visit took care of the problem.

2 projects, at different times. Arrived promptly, briefed us on the costs, completed the work. Shrews, mice, etc. never got in again. Treated outside areas for carpenter ants; we were briefed that it might take some time, but the population has gradually dropped to one or two sightings a week, all outdoors.

Joe has been in multiple times to take care of our mice problem. He always takes time and looks everywhere.

When a mouse ate through a metal trap we decided we wanted some help. We paid for a year-long mouse exclusion package because each successive year has gotten worse. And we were hoping to stop our issues this past winter and stop them from happening again this coming winter. Joe contacted me quickly after I had inquired about services and he was over soon after that. He accommodated my schedule and took my dogs into account when putting together a course of action. He explained what he was doing and what we could expect. Our issues were soon over. I just contacted them again since there were some places we had been unable to access when they first came out (snow made them inaccessible at the time) and we wanted to make sure we're ready before the winter cold sets in. Confirmed ants were carpenter ants--most eliminated after first treatment and the rest were eliminated after second treatment. Effective and informative, would recommend.

We had some wasps living underneath our roof shingles. Midwest Pest took care of it very quickly with a pressure sprayer and ladder.

Joe called me first thing in the morning, made a brief pitch describing the service and ended with a reasonable price. He came later that afternoon, dealt with the wasp nest and left us with follow up instructions. Things, so far, are going according to the plan. Very happy (and relieved). That nest was HUGE and scary. We're lucky none of our family or friends were stung while in the backyard.

Response time was quick and their ability to come out to the house was very quick as well. They explained their plans in detail and it was apparent they were very knowledgable. Within a couple of days we already started noticing the spiders and spider webs outside diminish. I have no complaints with this company.

INCREDIBLE response and service. My daughter discovered an ant infestation two days before her daughter's one year birthday party. I called and left a message with the receptionist. She said Danny would call me within 30 minutes. He called me in 10 minutes. He aske several very good questions to understand the situation He said he would be there within the hour. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Both my daughters were home and were impressed with his knowledge. He took care of the problem immediately. He saved the day for sure. They did an amazing job. Very thorough. Investigated complete exterior of the house for possible pest entry. Remedied areas found. I will show the price below, but readers should keep in mind the cost was for two units (side by side duplexes).

I can't say enough good things about Midwest Pest. These are the only folks I will EVER call for pest control. We bought our house last spring, and by summer we had wasps inside. We called, and Joe came the next day to solve our problem. He arrived right on time, and was highly professional. He explained everything we needed to know about wasps, and about the service he was going to perform. Just as he promised, all the wasps were gone in a day or two. This year, we signed up for the year-round pest control service. Nick was just as excellent as Joe. He arrived the same day I called, even though there was no pest emergency. He showed me what the work would entail, and was very thorough in asking about our pest concerns and history. He made sure to ask about how we use our gardens so that he didn't use anything inappropriate around food plants. We are very scared of wasps, and really dislike other pests in the house.
