Description of Work: I had to call them 4 times to discover they cannot get an appointment for me for 2 more weeks. I need service quicker than that.

Description of Work: Inspection completed. No indication of mice in house. Technician indicated we didn't need the service we paid for. We appreciate the honesty.

Description of Work: First visit took about an hour to find places od entry that were filled and to place bait traps. As we were informed took 2-3 weeks for results. We then had more unwanted wee visitors. A second phone call and a prompt recheck. Bait traps that were un touched placed in other areas. Trap that was empty restocked. He checked around the home for entry points. Most were still sealed those that neede a little fill taken care of. My hubby discover an area that was very suspect that was added to the list and baited. Very professional and very much recommend.

Also used them for an ant problem. They sprayed for ants then came back at no charge two weeks later to respray. Warranted two years.

Their representative was very polite and professional and searched for the mouse entry into our home. I called them again after another round of mice were caught in our small trap for an additional search at a new entry site. I was happy with the advise we received, even though we continue to have mice caught in our trap; this is largely due to our decision not to hire an additional contractor who seals foundations with a chemical foam sealant.

Description of Work: Carpenter ant treatment with additional follow up.

Description of Work: I have trouble rating them because the man who comes to our house has been friendly and professional and for the number of times he's been out the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately it's been over six months and we still have mice. He's set bait stations all around the house and gone around the foundation twice but we're still seeing new droppings every few days. I think the problem is that apart from doing those two things the company doesn't offer any other solutions like different types of traps or poisons. If our contract runs out or we have this problem again I will probably try a different company, just to try and solve this problem which has been just a nightmare to deal with.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for mice exclusion and elimination. They weren’t able to completely exclude the problem and we did have to have some other outside construction done. They were responsive and did an average job with the work.
