Description of Work: Had them over to clear out some mice and set some traps. One mouse was caught immediately. Another mouse was found several months that died from the traps. I can't recall exactly when they came out to send the traps. It was late last year and Angie's List isn't showing the date of the package purchase. | |The only knock I had against them (getting the B for professionalism) was that when they looked around the house to figure out where the mice were getting in they couldn't find anything. I asked if they had checked a vent that was next to the front steps. They had not and sure enough that was where there was a way in. However, they're still worth the money.

Description of Work: We purchased the Mice Elimination Package with One-Year Warranty. I don't recall the name of the technician, but he was great. Took my fiancé around the house to show the places he thought mice could be getting in and showed him that he filled these places. He explained the bait traps he set and made sure they were not in any place our dog could get at them. Very prompt, curtious, and informative. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: I had a mouse in my house and could not seem to catch it with a trap so I purchased a package from Midwest.They contacted me the day after I purchased the package from Angie's list. The guy came out to my house within a couple of days and did a full inspection and closed some holes that he found where the mouse may have come in. I did not fill out a review right away because I wanted to wait and see if the problem was resolved. It has been a couple of months and I have not seen any signs of the mouse since Midwest was there. The tech was very nice, friendly, answered all my questions and assured me the poison he used would not harm my dog or cause other problems. The tech was clearly someone that enjoyed his job. I would definetely use them again however the package I purchased had a one year guarantee so I do not expect to need them any time soon. |

Description of Work: This is the 2nd year in a row that I purchased a 1 year mouse control package for my rental house and I continue to have outstanding service from John and his team. They are very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. The first time John came to the house he was very thorough in his examination of the house and sealed a few entry points he discovered around the house and garage. He spent considerable time explaining to my renter what she needed to do to help prevent mice, answer her questions, and encourage her to call if she had further questions or concerns. After some work on the house this summer my renter saw evidence of mice again - I had Midwest Pest come back and they provided the same prompt, courteous service as they had before. Their team is great! I will continue to use them whenever the need arises.

Description of Work: I have an ongoing relationship with Midwest Pests since those darned mice just keep outsmarting me. They're responsive and timely and have had great suggestions for other things I can do to win this battle.

Description of Work: Joe came out and sprayed the house for ladybugs. He assured me they would die immediately and the spray would last through the fall. The ladybugs were so bad a month later I called him back, he assured me he would be out to do another spray. We never saw or heard from him again.

Description of Work: They found likely entrance points that the mice could be entering the home through and sealed the holes up - they put bait traps in various points on the house - guaranteed their service for one year and said they would come back if the problem continued. The price was higher than I hoped but the year guarantee helped me decide to go with them. They were here for a approximately two hours.

Description of Work: We have been happy with the responsiveness of this company. The professional who has been coming to our home, Larry, has taken the time to get to know us, he thoroughly checks out the house and follow up as he promises.

Description of Work: I am pretty sure they did come out and spray because I do not see as many box elder bugs as my immediate neighbors have many more bugs than I do. I specific asked him to come to the door and make sure he made contact with me so I would know for sure he had sprayed. We set a date and tune and he did not show up. I have a busy life so I did not call him back not did he reschedule with me. I would not recommend this service
