Everything from when I first contacted him to when he came out was pleasant. He took his time to answer questions. He was extremely nice and professional. I would definitely recommend him.

They did excellent work. Informed me of the cost up front and explained the reason for the relatively high cost (cost of getting to my home was one reason). Gave me a firm completion date of the next day, yet showed up the same day and performed the work without me being home (very convenient way of doing business, as I work during the day). Called me after work was done and left information regarding hornet's nests for my information. I would highly recommend this company.

I began noticing carpenter ants in the yard and some in the house in the late spring. I had John come out to take care of the problem. He treated the foundation as well as areas away from the house where the ants were nesting. He talked me out of treating inside the house, stating I didn't need it based on the few ants I had seen. He could easily have padded his bill and I wouldn't have known any better. John really knows his stuff, he explains things in clear terms and his results speak for themselves. John was recommended to me by friends of ours who said he was "the best." He is. He's also very personable and professional. I can't say enough good things about him.

He was able to make an early appointment, so I would be able to get to work on time. He was there at least 20 minutes early and was friendly and extremely polite. When I opened the door to greet him, he'd already taken a look around outside and pointed out a couple of trouble spots. He explained the work thoroughly and was finished within his time frame. It was an excellent experience.

Jon was very knowledgeable and personable. He arrived on time and clearly explained what he would be doing. We've also had problems with mice, and he pointed out where they are probably coming in. He made suggestions on the traps to use to catch them. We will definitely call him to take care of the mice if our methods fail.

He was very punctual and did a great job, he was also very knowledgeable.

Provides pest control for our house every other month on a continuous service cycle. The owner is very friendly and courteous. He will come between visits if we see additional pests for free.

John is extremely clean and professional. He is friendly and understands my needs for few chemicals in and around my house, at the same time he has gotten rid of all of the issues we have had regarding spiders and mice. I definitely recommend him to do all of your work. I have had very poor experiences with pest control companies.

Jon was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

Jon and I played a little phone tag (my fault). When we made contact he set up an appointment for the next day. Showed up on time. Explained what he would do and why. Explained everything up front so I had no questions to ask. Walked around the entire exterior to find probable entry spaces and sealed them up. Left bait stations around. I am 100% sure his visit was successful.

HE IS REALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CONTENTIOUS AND DELIVERED EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD AT THE RIGHT PRICE.

BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE. WE WILL USE THIS COMPANY ANY TIME THE NEED ARISES. JON IS POLITE, THOROUGH AND EXPLAINS WHAT HE IS DOING, SHOWS UP ON TIME, AND IS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.

HE'S SO KIND NO MATTER WHAT WE THROW AT HIM. HE'S PROMPT AND IF WE HAVE A PROBLEM BETWEEN OUR SCHEDULED MONTHLY SERVICE HE COMES RIGHT OUT. I JUST DON'T THINK YOU CAN GO WRONG GOING WITH HIM.

JON WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE WAS PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. HE DID A GOOD JOB, AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AGAIN.

JIM EXPLAINED WHAT HE WOULD DO AND THE CHARGE WHEN I CALLED HIM FOR INFORMATION. HE WAS ABLE TO COME OUT THE DAY AFTER I CALLED HIM. HE INSPECTED THE HOUSE AND OUTDOORS, ASSURING ME THAT IT WASN'T SO BAD. HE MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD HIS PLAN AND TREATED THE HOUSE. I EXPECT HIM TO CALL IN 30-45 DAYS FOR A FOLLOW-UP TREATMENT. I HAVE INCLUDED THE FOLLOWUP COST IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT.

MY CALL WAS PROMPTLY RETURNED AND MY INITIAL QUESTIONS/CONCERNS ABOUT FINDING ANTS WERE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY OVER THE PHONE. WORK WAS SCHEDULED QUICKLY AT MY REQUEST. MY ENTIRE HOME WAS INSPECTED FOR ANTS AND OTHER PESTS AND THEN TREATED FOR THE ANTS. THE COMPANY RETURNS IN 6-8 WEEKS TO RE-CHECK AND RE-TREAT AS NECESSARY.

HE WAS VERY PLEASANT (AND HUMOROUS) AND EXPLAINED HIS PROCESS. HE WAS LATE, BUT DID CALL TO LET US KNOW HE WAS RUNNING LATE. HE TOOK OFF HIS SHOES BEFORE EXAMINING THE HOUSE. HIS SERVICES WERE REASONABLE AND HE GAVE A 6 MONTH GUARANTEE.

I LEFT A MESSAGE AND RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL WITHIN 15 MINUTES. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE SAME DAY. SERVICE PROVIDER WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROVIDED VALUABLE INFORMATION AND SERVICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER.

OUR SERVICE WAS PROMPT, EFFECTIVE AND WITH OUT THE SMELL OF POISONS. OUR PROVIDER WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE & A VERY PLEASANT PERSON.

HE SEEMED TO KNOW HIS STUFF AND REALLY INTO HIS JOB. A SWARM IN THE HOUSE PROMPTED OUR CALL, AS WE'D NEVER SEEN ANY TELLTALE SAWDUST. THE PRICE WAS COMPARABLE TO THE OTHER BIDS WE RECEIVED. HE CALLS TO RESCHEDULE ADDITIONAL SPRAYING, WHICH I LIKE, AS THAT IS ONE LESS THING I HAVE TO REMEMBER TO DO. FOLLOWUP SPRAYS, EVERY 4-6 WEEKS OVER THE SUMMER, ARE $62 EACH.

JON WAS RIGHT ON TIME. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR, AND REASONABLY PRICED. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
