Midwest Pest

They filled in some gaps around the cables that enter the house from the air conditioner and where the stairs meet the foundation. They put some poison traps in the basement. Those traps are supposed to last a year, and they give you a year warranty. We had a sidewalk replaced maybe six months after they came out. The guy replacing the sidewalk found places the mice were getting in when he removed the sidewalk and filled those. I suspect those holes were a bigger problem than what Midwest Pest found. About a month before the year warranty was up, I caught a mouse. Midwest Pest came out again and reinforced the earlier work. They gave me more poison traps. I caught another mouse even after that, but the warranty year was up, so they didn't come out again. It didn't really work.

Jesse was very fast at coming out to the house and removing the nest. He did an excellent job and took almost no time for him to locate and remove it. I will hire him again for the next pest problem I have

Great all around. In addition to helping with the mice problem, his inspection found a yellow jacket nest we were unaware of. We were delighted he took care of the problem before we discovered it for ourselves.

It went very well. Joe came on time and was diligent to find all potential entry points, seal them, and set traps where needed. As the conclusion I opted to sign up for the periodic service that covers all pests because it was reasonably priced. But there was no hard sell at all it, it just seemed like a prudent way to keep my property free of different types of pests in an ongoing way.

Both jobs went great. Ants and wasps were two separate jobs over the course of a year of so, but they were very responsive, explained what they were going to do and said if any issues to call and they'd come back and address any remaining issues. I did not have any issues to follow up on. Their rates were reasonable. I will use them again when the need comes up

It took about 20 minutes of spraying and checking to see if there were any wasps flying around. Spraying was successful, and it was worth every penny!

The exterminator (I can't remember his name) inspected the whole house for possible points of entry for mice. He sealed them all up, and laid down poison for the mice already inside. He was very informative about behavior of mice and how to keep them out of our house. The service came with a one-year guarantee, but we have not needed to call him back.

So far, so good. The technician explained everything very well. No ants in sight. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Prompt and professional.

The service technician who came out to my home was professional, congenial, knowledgeable. However, this company does not go up into the attics, or the service technician at least. I don't know how one can be a pest control company of anything and not have a service technician go up into the attic. In any case, the service technician was able to provide a few pointers, and was able to address some issues, but I thought the overall cost was too much versus the little work performed, especially, when a service technician doesn't go up into the attic.

The are no longer signs of carpenter ants.

Had a car shipped from another state. Had live Black Widow spiderlings and more eggsacks than one could count. Needed them out asap and they delivered. Wont know if treatment was 100% for another week. But professional and courteous on top of being readily available.

most of the wholes was blocked but its seem there still coming in. The mouse food poison is helping. But I the service was half good and half bad job performance.

I liked working with Midwest. They remembered us from last time they'd been out several years ago. The crew wore masks inside the house, were very friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, gave us pointers, and even made suggestions for work we should consider that they don't perform.

Good, they were very cautious because of the virus and I appreciated that very much. So far, no spiders!

It went as good as it could have considering employees could not enter the house because of the virus. MIdwest came out on the same day I called. Nick surveyed the foundation and found some likely entry points I over looked. For $450 he filled the possible tunnels and also under some mulch around the front steps. I was left with bait boxes and glue traps. The mice evaded the glue traps but used the bait boxes. I cleaned up the droppings every day for about 8-9 days, leaving the boxes in place. I never did see one and they seem to have gone back to their tunnels and died. Hope so, as I have not seen any evidence they are still around.
