.They come out quarterly. and spray for ants and spiders in particular and we haven't had a problem in almost 4 years. We are very happy with their service and will continue to use them.

Jon came out for the first visit, explained the program to me and provided exterminating services at my house inside, downstairs and outside around perimeter as well as specific areas I pointed out. I found a creepy crawly bug with lots of legs in my shed and an ant hill at the end of my yard so i told them about this. Joe came out and treated those areas for me, then followed up a few months later with a third treatment. Finally, since I did not have the upstairs area in my house treated, Joe came out a few months later and treated outside for me again. I was very pleased with their flexibility. The guys were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal from Midwest Pest and called the company to come and spray my home. I was on a work call when Midwest Pest arrived. The technician told me not to worry; he would take care of everything. We spoke quickly and I didn't have to end my call, which I appreciated. He sprayed the exterior of my home and eliminated my spider problem.As a bonus, we also had almost no box elders in the Fall. I was very pleased.

They are aware of the different pests, as well as what they were spraying for. I was pleased with their service.

They are very good. We got them through Angie’s List. We are a group home company and we use them for a number of different homes and a number of times. We don’t recall how much their services are. They are very friendly and professional. They return calls right away. They are informative. If something is outside of what they do, they say upfront and have a recommendation of who does it. We had a bat issue or something. We thought it was mice but it was bats and they took care of it. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

It took a year before they figured out where the mice were coming into our house. They were just incompetent. They kept walking by the same entry point that the mice were coming in. They wasted their time and my money. I will not use them again.

He was really good. We have children, so we were concerned about the chemicals and he walked us through everything. He did a good job. He was really nice. If we ever had another problem we would definitely call him again.

Today was my last quarterly service, but I will be signing up again! They come 4-5 times a year for a maintenance program, and they treat both the interior and exterior, depending upon the month. If you have any issues in between, which we did on one occasion, they will come out and take care of it. Our main reason for getting the service was to attempt to eliminate box elder bugs. We had a huge issue, and I honestly doubted that the problem could be rectified . . . but it was! I am amazed! Also, they are over the top nice and professional.

We had a little trouble scheduling the initial visit but, once there, the technician was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing and what my renters could expect. It's only been a couple of months, but so far the service appears to be working well. I would not hesitate to contact Midwest Pest again should the need arise.

It was a positive experience,e it was very good. They provided a lot of information. He could have charged me more, i thought it was worse than it was but he said it wasn't that bad and took care of it. I keep their card, I plan to use them in the future.

I chose them from the Angieslist special. My experience with them has been good so far. They claimed that within two weeks I wouldn’t find any mice. There were several places outside they thought they were getting in and had me do a project. I had to put up a piece of board trying to get them so that they wouldn’t get in through another place. So far I haven’t seen any evidence of them, but it is still early. They came when they said they would. He seemed to know what he was doing. I have nothing to compare the price with. He seemed to be well informed. He kind of showed me some areas and seemed to know what he was talking about. I have to wait the whole winter and see how it works. They have given me one year warranty.
